Thread: ANYONE LOADING on SEPTEMBER 24 & 25th?

    I didn't really change many of my products. My face lotion was already oil free, so I stuck with that. I used that for my body too although it definitely wasn't very moisturizing. I think I switched deodorant too, but I can't remember what I switched too. I'll have to check and see if I still have it... 0.6 pound gain? That's awesome!!! I'd take it!
    Round 1 start date: 1/22/11 - Lost 19 pounds
    Lost 1.6 during P3/P4
    Round 2 start date: 4/16/11 - Lost 18 pounds

    Long break after round 2. Gained back 7 pounds because I was a big pig over the summer.

    Round 3 start date: 9/24/11 - Lost 14 pounds total - 7 new pounds, 7 old pounds :-)

    HCGSHAN a .6 gain is awesome! I bet you will lose all your loading weight on day 1! I was happy with only gaining 3, my other two rounds I gained over 5lbs each time. I didnt change too many of my personal care products besides switching to baby oil as a moisterizer and to take off my mascara. I stuck with my regular deoderant, soap, makeup, etc... Maybe my losses would have been better if I did switch but I averaged .6-.8 a day and I was happy with that. Enjoy your cream cheese! Yumm!!!

    honeybunchkins, good luck on day 1! I'm not a big fan of p2 either. Round 2 was tough for me motivation wise. I'm hoping round 3 is better! I could use a good smack with a celery stick too.
    Aliuj round 2 was very tough for me too. Im hoping I can keep my head in the game this time around. I hear you on the loading lbs, seeing those numbers go up make you cringe! But just remember, it will all be gone within the first few days with a few more as a bonus!!

    Hello everyone! Day 1 loading & I am NOT hungry... I have hardly eaten anything =( The thought of food makes me want to vomit =( Oh well... less I have to loose I suppose! I was really only going to do 1 load day and take it easy tomorrow... but maybe I will have to reverse the order since I am not hungry after my shot this morning!

    Anyway, I will have to take measurements tomorrow since I am not using a scale for the 1st few weeks. I think seeing the numbers everyday will have a severe affect on my attitude right now & I really need to stay positive!!!

    As far 3 days loading comments I have read in here... I know some have done it because they were sick or something... but it's just more weight you have to loose & pushes out your round! I can't wait to get started!

    JAN your gonna lose the weight you regained and stabilize this time, dont worry. I had problems stabilizing after my second round too. No matter what I did I gained. It was so depressing so I know how your feeling right now! But stay positive, we will all do this together and we will all be successful!!

    I'm jsut getting aback into the swing of things. I am injecting this time instead of sublingual. I got in the habit of eating p3-p4 foods because that is how I was cooking for the family. This gave me a big excuse to cheat. So, they get to eat a little unhealthy because I can resist the junk. So much for healthy baking, the kids will have to wait

    OTMOM - Sure, the more the merrier! I think we are all around the same time give or take a few days! Yup, make those kids wait!!!

    I think when I am done with this round I will stick as much to eating Paleo as I can. (hunter gather) I have just read to much about the health benefits & I know when I strictly eat Paleo... I loose weight & my belly is never upset, no bloating & it's happy!

    As far as make-up... I never changed anything in any of my rounds. I don't use make-up often & when I do it's oil free anyway. I know I did use baby oil rather than lotion but that was about all I used.

    Still not much of an appetite on loading day 1 =(

    Hey ladies, it's the evening of my last load day... ugh, so full! I went out for dinner, drinks, dessert with my old co-workers tonight, and had a fantastic loading supper! I feel so bloated and gross right now! So ready for VLCD to start tomorrow. I am heading to the grocery store in the morning to stock up on P2 foods... does anyone use the stevia drops? I have some vanilla cream flavoured drops from my last round but I am thinking of getting a new one for this round... any recommendations?

    OTMOM - You are doing great already! I love that -5# loss on the first day... I bet that felt great!

    JAN776 - I haven 't had a great appetite for these loading days either, I had the same thing happen in my first round... almost to the point that I feel a slight bit sick if I eat too much. I just force myself to eat the things that I know that I won't be able to have for a while...

    Honeybunchkins- what was it about round 2 that was more difficult for you? This is my second round and I am hoping that I will have an easier time with it than my first round. I felt very impatient with R1 to get P2 over with and get into P3. I am hoping to be more patient, go for a longer round, and stabilize better this time around. Actually I take that back, I stabilized just fine, but I had a hard time resisting certain foods because of the time of year, lots of camping, parties, social things, etc. and I just felt like I needed a break from dieting. I feel like fall is a better time of year for me, more of a schedule with my daughters being in school, less social stuff... I hope!


    Round 1: - 17 lbs... LDW 138
    Round 2: - 15 lbs... LDW 131 lbs
    ~stable in phase 4 --> maintenance
