Tracey - Sorry to hear the scale isn't moving the way you want. I would try giving up the fruit (and can't remember if you eat the melba but I'd ditch that too) and see if it helps. I've done it two days in a row now and each day I've gone down over 1lb.
Gaby - glad to hear the party went ok. Also happy to hear you got to enjoy a drink and still lose today!
As for me I was down another 1.2lbs this morning!! 170.2 - so close to the 160's, hopefully tomorrow I'll see that number. I also put on an old pair of jeans today, only a tiny bit snug around the waist. I think another 5-10lbs and I'll be good. Also I'm hoping some more reshaping will happen during P3 and after. Hope everyone enjoys the rest of their weekend.
