I am one day behind you..but I have seen my weight loss slow down already so I am a bit nervous. I have been getting hungry having headaches and feeling lightheaded when I move around a lot. I can definitely see why exercise is not recommended. I am wondering if there are any tips that can kick the weight loss back into high gear? I did cheat a little bit last night by having a small glass of wine..oops
So far loss has been
Starting weight 155
Day 3 After Loading 156
Day 4 151.6 (-4.4 lbs)
Day 5 150.6 (-1 lb)
Day 6 150.2 (-.4)
So in total I am down 4.8 lbs ..What are your goals for the first round? I am hoping to lose 30lbs and was hoping to accomplish that in the 42 day cycle..

After I worked hard for several weeks, I was down to 173, and I proved to myself that I have the discipline to maintain a program for awhile.
