today is one full week in p3 and after having a difficult week only because of what i was eating because of events and people in town etc. and after egg day i am actually back at ldw!!! yeah!!!! (and yesterdays egg day wasnt accurate either, did egg day up until dinner when i ended up at the blue bird cafe and had chicken and cheese taquitos, 2 low carb beers and a glass of red wine) and still made it down almost 2 pounds! now i can be really good in p3 for the next week, nothing going on!

That is how I felt at first my Yogurt with out fruit and when I first ate it in the first P3 I blended it with my orange
Then I tried it plain and fell in Love
YES this diet changes out taste buds trememdously

Fatty I just read an article about the horrors of Wheat and flour............... If I dont care about the cost do u think here in P3 and on to P4
I could just use almond flour straight across cup for cup substitute for regular flour like in making homemade bread for the family
    And in other receipes......
lol...i was seriously so not impressed when i first tried it. and now i WANT it!!! like right now i want a large bowl of it. altho i still don't like it without stevia in it. love it with vanilla stevia. omg! and my opinion on the almond flour for bread is that it prob'ly wouldn't work cup for cup. i want to look into finding some recipes for almond flour bread.

well..i think i finally flushed the junk out of my system from the weekend. yay! i was down to 1 lb over ldw this morning. and since i just now ahem...emptied my bowels...i'm betting i'd be down another .5 lb. i was so proud of myself yesterday. my friend and i went shopping for the day and we ate lunch at the mall. there was very few options for us (she's on p3 too) but there was a place that made salads. so i got a salad there. my friend got a salad and some chicken from the chinese place. i WANTED that chinese chicken, but i resisted!!! =) i knew what it had done to me over the weekend so i wasn't gonna ruin my day again.
had my usual serving of yogurt this morning. i was feeding my kids regular yogurt and started to read ingredients on the 2 containers. omg! it's just gross how much stuff is in the "regular" kind! i'm actually planning to start making our yogurt. that way i know EXACTLY what's in it! =)
haven't seen janeen post in a while. anyone know how she's doing?

Alaska - you love cornbread, right? Here's a recipe for one made from almond flour!!! I got the link from lily on Swaby's thread... Going to try this over the weekend.

That recipe looks really good Fatty! Its in the oven now (minus the green onions) Thank you for posting- I was in the mood for something to go with my coffee!!!I will let you and Alaska and everyone know how it turns out.

I have been MIA lately, its TOM and the weight fluctuations were unbelievably severe (along with major mood swings). I stopped weighing for awhile- but was brave today and got on the scale. I am relieved to see that I am only 2.4 over LIW- when I stopped weighing I was 5 lbs over! Anyway, I am going to begin exercising and see if that helps.

Have a great day ladies! Happy losing and stabilizing!

I am glad you're getting things back to 'normal', but remember, we are here for the tough days!!!

Please let me know how the cornbread turns out.

The best source for good almond flour recipes IMO is Elena's Pantry. I now make her Paleo bread to use as Friday night challah.

    http://www.elanaspantry.com/gluten-free-recipes/

She tends to use a lot of agave. I don't, but sweeteners are easily subbed.
