LOL! I think it is "time of month" - but I could be wrong. I'm not really up to date on the texting lingo!

Texas fatty Jenn is right it is "Time Of the Month"

Don't feel bad it took me 1/2 way through my 1st tround before I knew what it was, I knew what it ment, just couldn't figure out the initials. But at 62 I long forgot about TOM anyway.

I am not very compurter savey either, self taught, strugle most of the time. I just get by.

I am down 1.8 pounds this morning. I don't expect much more than a 1/2 pound a day on this 2nd round, I must admit I am so surprised..................and delighted....

Hope every one is happy with the scales this fine Sunday, all have a great day.

    Suz

Well, I officially weighed in and was 184.2. My last round I started at 187. So, it's kind of a big bummer to be doing a whole round to re-loose previous weight, but better now than never I guess. Plus, I snacked on a BUNCH of pickles yesterday since it made me feel "normal" to eat them. So, I may be retaining a bunch of water due to the salt. Gonna lay off them. My last few rounds I have been a bit "looser" in my eating patterns....not being 100% strict on protocol eating. So, I don't expect to loose as much as I could, but it makes like bearable while on the diet at least.

Hope you all have a good day!

Hope everyone had a great weekend and big losses.

    I am down 2.8 today.
I just can’t believe it any more this round than I did the 1st round.

I am so grateful for this diet. I see success and it gives me power to overcome everything else. It is the daily loss that keeps me going.
On every other diet I failed because of lack of progress, stalls, after working out, and eating carefully, only to see no change or worse yet a gain. This plan is so much more rewarding.

I have a little hunger this morning, but manageable. Mostly no hunger all day, only in the morning. There are no cravings. When my tummy growled at me this morning I thought of it as healing. I didn’t run to put something, anything in it!

I know you will all be posting great losses!

I was down almost 4 pounds today! I'm convinced a lot of it was water as I had consumed a LOT of salt on Saturday. Whatever it is though...I'll take it, eh?? LOL Not doing too bad. Hunger a bit here and there. Cooking for family and baking my weekly bread is hard, but getting very used to it by now. Made a HUGE pot of chili and divided it into 5 servings for my daily lunch this week. It will be nice to not have to cook for myself in addition to the kids each day. Then, at night I will just eat the portion of dinner that I can have. Well, ta-ta for now!

Suzie, Thanks for the encouragement. I'm down 2.2# today. I get on the scales expecting to see good losses.
I was concerned about low blood sugar levels when I started. I would have the shakes at work and get some light headedness. I'd find something to eat to stop the shakes. Doc said I was pre-diabetic. My thoughts were, "Oh HE** NO!" I haven't had any low blood sugar issues since I started.

I'm very happy with the diet and the losses. I'm expecting to have to be remeasured for my daughters wedding in Sept. WHOOP! WHOOP!

    Have a great day everyone.

    Welcome Carolina 1
Sounds like you are doing great. 11 pounds in one week is great!
You are obviously sticking with the protocol and it is pay off big!

you are welcome, and yes you will have to be remeasured for Sept. I went down 2 pant sizes in my 1st round after about 3-4 weeks.

The losses will slow down some and maybe even a stall, but if you keep a record of your measurements you will see that you still loose in inches. Stay with it and you will be rewarded like no other diet ever has. When there is little or no lose (it does happen) it may be due to constipation, not enough water, but it will still come in the form of a bigger drop in a couple days. Just keep doing what you are doing.

Keep up the good losses everyone. Keep us posted.

My first VLCD was AWFUL!! I really thought I was going to die. I am a Diet Mountain Dew addict big time. I usually drink 6-8 every day then on my first VLCD I went cold turkey. I have never been that sick in all my life. The caffeine withdrawals were really bad. I have a long way to go and would really like to lose 36 pounds this first phase. Don't know if that will happen but thats my goal. If I do that then I will weigh the same thing as my boyfriend. I am 5'8 and started at 226 pounds. I am down to 215. My boyfriend is 6'2 and weighs 190. It sure would be nice to not weigh more than him in the next month or so.
