I would like to join you on this. This is R3 for me. I will be finishing in about two weeks and have technically hit my goal already...
My goal has been fitting back into a pair of jeans that I wore exactly five years ago, when I first moved to Houston. My weight crept up with menopause and the fat deposits really started accumulating. Those jeans fit but there is more jell-o on the belly that still has to go.
I will also be doing the Leptin reset...in fact, I was just reading the blog for the recommended supplement list and labs. Last P3 I used the BAB and primal as my WOE and it worked well for me. The holidays added about six lbs back on because I was eating too many treats and/or empty carbs.
