    How is everyone doing? I just got notice that my HCG is in the mail! Nervouse about starting round 2.

    Vikita: are you planning on doing a short round? They say round two is harder, but I'm not sure because I cycled so it wasn't as tough.

    It's been a long few days....I've been on the go for the almost straight, left campus going straight to the airport, traveled to chicago for my first grad interview, was in a hostel with freezing rooms, flight got canceled due to snow, but now I'm finally back home. Today was a fage day, it was just convenient. And honestly, I haven't really been interested in eating any hot food...I have only had fish one day since I started, other than that just coconut mousse, fage, and protein shakes....I'm getting really wary of this diet, and considering stopping at my goal and trying to workout into a buffer. I decided to take on WW in p3/4 to make stabilization a little bit easier and calculable...I'm also going to try to incorporate the hi/low diet, but with points....I'm hoping I can get to goal soon because I'm ready to be finished. Especially since I'm traveling again next week.

    End of week 3 for me and I lost a grand total of 2 lbs this week bringing my 21 day total to 12 lbs. Currently sitting at 132.3. However, I am currently at TOM, so maybe things will pick up a bit for week 4. I am seriously contemplating adding another week of hcg. I know that earlier in this thread I said that I would just let things fall as they may and keep that as my LDW. But now I am getting greedy, I would really like to see some more changes when I look in the mirror. I know that I have lost, I see it in my clothes fitting a bit better, obviously there are the changes on the scale, but when I look in the mirror I still see lots of flab. I am torn between doing another week, hopefully subtracting a couple more pounds and inches, and stopping as planned and working on tightening my shit up at the gym.

    Capncrunch - YIPPEE ON THE INCHES AND THE 120S! And for the breakthrough with feeling that this has finally made the difference in the mirror, in your legs, in your tummy, and even psychologically. This is what I am talking about above, I am just not quite there yet so don't want to stop beforehand. Maybe you understand! You have probably already answered this, but when are you planning on starting round 3?

    Thanks moya! And I definitely understand how you feel...that's how I felt just a week ago, but I think I'm burnt out. This is actually my very last round, I've done about 2 rounds and 6 cycles over the past year. So even though I would really like to get an extra 2 lbs in, I'm not sure if I have anymore will power, lol. But I say if you've got it in you, go for it! There's nothing greedy about striving for a body that you personally can love. :-)

    Hi!! I plan on doing a 23 day round to release 8-10 lbs. Since I have heard it is harder to lose once you are almost goal, I will do a longer round if needed. This will be my last round.
    Great job, u r in the 120's!!!! It is very challenging to do this protocol while traveling. I went to Disney in December and thankfully I was in P3 so I had more choices but it was difficult at times because they put sugar in almost everything

    Moya - How have you done these last few days? I know what you mean about wanting to see less flab when u look in the mirror. That is where I am at right now. My lower body, hips down, are perfect for me but my top half, mostly my back and tummy are so flabby.

    Funny little secret - I went to Target yesterday and was looking for a shirt in the kids dept. for my 8yr daughter. Well I grabbed a pair of pants that were a size 16, kids that looked like they would fit me. Now mind you they were a pair of pants that had some stretch to them but they fit! Best part was that they were on clearance for $3. I may start shopping in the juniors department more often.

    Lol Vikkita that's pretty awesome about the kids pants...I wonder if I could fit into any since I'm so short.

    I actually hit my goal..yay!...so tomorrow will be p3d1, my ldw is 125.4....Now I've got to push through lifetime stabilization.

    Congrats to you on hitting your goal! That is awesome!

    Vikitta - I am doing OK, I seem to have really leveled off, so while I was toying with the idea of extending this round an additional week, I decided to just end it when I ran out of mixed drops. I originally set my goal at 130, and todays weight was 130.2. Mentally I would have loved to see the scale hit a 120 number (even 129.9) but mentally I know that I am so close to not really be a difference. I think we carry our weight completely different. Mine all settles into the booty and thighs! (oh and the boobs don't budge either). I really hope to tighten things up at the gym now that "theoretically" I have less fat covering the muscles.

    capncrunch - I took my last drops this morning, so will be joining you on P3 in just 72 hours. I am quite excited but very nervous to see how I am able to stabalize and to exhibit some self control.

    Hi guys Mind if I join in? I'm on day day 32 of P2. Going to continue until my drops run out, probably by this Thurs or Fri. I've lost about 15 lbs this round, which puts me about 10 lbs from my kick-butt ideal of 105. I'm a shorty- 5'2" and small boned. I'm really hoping for a whoosh this week to bring me closer to my goal, but I think TOM may be on his way. I've been see-sawing around the last few days- down a few 10ths- up a few 10ths. Whatever I don't lose this round I may try to tackle with exercise and reduced carbs- not sure I want to do another whole round for those last pounds with summer coming. Nice to see others in a similar place and a little ahead of me, so I can learn from your experiences!

    Hello All. Just completed P3D1, I added lots of fats, but tried to stay mostly true to P2 foods but in larger quantities and mixed. Had cream in my coffee, some eggs scrambled with veggies for breakfast, a big tossed salad topped with fish, for dinner a chicken taco salad with a sour cream based dressing and some avocado. It was all quite yummy and I was STUFFED. Grand total was less than 1100 calories. I was paranoid that the scale would be up considering how much I felt like I ate.

    Nope! I was actually down 2 lbs from yesterday and even down 0.3 from my LDW. I am starting P3 a bit encouraged!

    Capncrunch - what is going on with you?
