Carry, stress will definitely do it every time. I switch to Paleo when I am off hcg and found that some recipes hit me hard. Any chance to go to a modified hcg diet for a week, same as VLCD just more volume at 1000-1500 calories to get your diet and body back on balance?
Round 1,2,3: VLCD using RX HCG/Methyl B12 tablets
    Round 1: Started 321# ended P3: 269# 42 Days
    Round 2: Started 274# ended P3: 258# 26 Days
    Round 3: Started 286# Day 35: 256#
First Goal: 279, reached, Second Goal: 250, Stretch Goal 225.

    Hi AtxTraveler.

So no coconut oil or coconut milk in my coffee? That kind of 'VLCD' type of food and preparation (no fat)? I like this idea, but not sure if it will work since I've gained before from not having enough food. Oh, this is a bit frustating to say the least.

Yep, in between rounds, I still would pick one sometime two recipes from my p2 cookbook, and eat a slightly larger portion. After r1 before round two I lost 15 lbs in the 6 weeks by going mostly Paleo, with a few P2 mels.

So no fats, like in P2? (sorry, I'm a little dense!)

Glad to hear from DFW folks. Into week 5 of program both my wife and I have lost more than 24 pounds each. Planning on my daily diet after the end of this program (I will not need to go on a second round although my wife will).

Down 1# with 93 Prot, 153 fat, 18 carbs from yesterday. No coconut oil or coconut milk yesterday. Let's see about tomorrow's weight.

Congrats Brad and your wife! Great news.

Down another .8# on Thurs and yet another .8# this morning. It's either from extreme clean eating (<25 carbs) OR it's from two days of Dr. Kruse's Cold Therapy. Let's see if the scale goes down again tomorrow after tonight's cold bath. I do have another 1.2# to go before I even get to the 2# over LIW, but I would love to get back down within that window. Can't believe I was ever under LIW... And I'm not talking about the 72 hours after LIW.

Dr Kruse says hCG people are focused way too much on the scale. I know this is true for me. Before hCG, I never worried about what I weighed. Then I found myself over weight and not very happy with the excess. Plus, I knew I had a big birthday coming up March 2012... the big 5-0!

Hi, I'm glad to see the DFW group a little busier. I've been P3ing up and down but mostly staying in the two pound range. On Wednesday evening I was hurrying across the house to tell my DH that our youngest daughter got the full time job she was hoping to get (yeah!!) and I hit my foot on something in the dark. I thought my toe (middle, right foot) might be broken but maybe just bruised. It hurts when I try to walk in shoes so I've been taking it easy.

Carry - That cold therapy makes me cold just thinking about it. What does it do for you?
    www.youravon.com/janecouch

Round 1 – lost 31.8 pounds in a long (60 day) P2, stabilized very well in P3. P4 lasted 4 months due to dd’s wedding, moving and holidays.
Round 2 – Started loading 12/31/11 – Beginning weight was exactly where I ended R1 four months ago 218.2
    Wk 1 – -4.4 (not counting loading)
    Wk 2 – -3.4 (7.8)
    Wk 3 – -0.8 (8.6)
    Wk 4 – -5.4 (14.0)
    Wk 5 - -1.6 (15.6)
    Wk 6 – 0.6 (16.2)
Total 16.2 this round, grand total – 48.0
    BMI 28.98 Weight – 202

    Hi Jane,

Hope your foot is tons better. Congrats to your daughter.
Below is a post I copy/pasted for you. It seems complicated and I am still learning and absorbing it. Dr Kruse isn't the easiest read.

Dr Jack Kruse is recommending cold thermogenesis now to enhance the Leptin Reset. He also says it will enhance losses while on HCG, and get you closer to Leptin Sensitivity when you are done with P2.

    Read in this order:
