OK, I posted this elsewhere yesterday: As I knew ... down today, although more than I thought, 1.6 lbs from yesterday ... If all goes as it has been, will be up .8 tomorrow for a net loss of .2 in three days .... I grazed today on roast beef and lettuce ....
This is what I wrote this morning:
I was wrong .. I didn't go up .8 today ... I WENT UP 2 lbs!! Enough to make me darn near swear! I think I am done but I don't want to be .. maybe a 12 day interruption instead? What do YOU all think? I have a trip 22-24 .. could go back to P2 for two weeks after that ... Or should I just give it up for this round? Today is VLCD-44 ... I am soooo discouraged at this point!

Sorry for double post, but just fishing for ideas ...

PAM - I am still catching up so sorry if this is late. I really think you should end this round. It has been so discouraging to you and didn't you loose at least inches in P3 last time? It seems like you even lost some? I had to end this round really early due to stuff and it has been ok. I am so much happier and feel so much more in control of things then I did battling the emotional frustrations.

I am down 0.6kg (1.3lbs) today which makes a total loss of 3kg (6.6lbs) for week three! I am just a little bit happy!

Teresa, keep the faith. You've got this, you're going through a stressful time and our bodies are programmed to protect us under stress by holding on to our reserves. Once all your 'crap' is over, everything will be as it should. Don't stress about your weight on top of everything else!!
