So, originally I was planning to stop my round after 34 days (that's including the last 3 days of no drops + VLCD). The reason for this is I have a dinner out with friends planned for the 31st July, which will be day 2 of P3. This dinner is a get together that I have with old friends every 3 months and I'm NOT going to miss it.
However, I
really want to get to my goal of 80kg (ideally under) and I'm not sure I can do that at my current rate of weight-loss, fantastic as that is.

I have 2 full weeks left if I keep to my current schedule and if I keep going at this rate I can expect to lose 5-6kg, which will leave me a kilo or two short.
So, my question is, do you reckon it would be ok to just take a night off provided I'm sensible and don't eat starch or sugar or drink alcohol or should I stick with the plan and stop on the 29th? The meal is booked at a Korean BBQ restaurant so I can eat fairly sensibly with just meat and veg, I can avoid the rice. I'd really like to stretch my round until I reach my goal.
