    That IS a ton over 40 days! I'll be under 40 injections if tomorrow is my last injection. While I didn't want to do more than one round, realistically it was inevitable with the amount I wanted to lose & the reality that a female's average loss is .5/day. Sooooo, guess I was fooling myself I could get done or nearly done with this round (or maybe make it a bit longer).

    (now watch the scale show a neat loss in the morning....)

    Thanks and I did ... last drops Tuesday morning, so tomorrow I will have breakfast! Up and down just got to me, but it was 44 days and my body was done that day last round as well ... I will do P3-P4 until Oct as I have a number of trips planned between now and then .. if I don't get down a little more will do P2 then ... we shall see ...

    I have reshaped a bit this P2 which I didn't in r1, so we'll see if I reshape some more ... I only lost 19pounds this round, but I am so close that I'm sure it is part of the reason, AND I am right next to my biggest set point ever, so just have to live with this for now. I'm ok with it no matter which way it goes ... I want to do this right no matter how long it takes, because I never want to let my body go like this again ...

    So, originally I was planning to stop my round after 34 days (that's including the last 3 days of no drops + VLCD). The reason for this is I have a dinner out with friends planned for the 31st July, which will be day 2 of P3. This dinner is a get together that I have with old friends every 3 months and I'm NOT going to miss it.

    However, I really want to get to my goal of 80kg (ideally under) and I'm not sure I can do that at my current rate of weight-loss, fantastic as that is. I have 2 full weeks left if I keep to my current schedule and if I keep going at this rate I can expect to lose 5-6kg, which will leave me a kilo or two short.

    So, my question is, do you reckon it would be ok to just take a night off provided I'm sensible and don't eat starch or sugar or drink alcohol or should I stick with the plan and stop on the 29th? The meal is booked at a Korean BBQ restaurant so I can eat fairly sensibly with just meat and veg, I can avoid the rice. I'd really like to stretch my round until I reach my goal.

    Primal--I think you'd be fine, if you expect a stall/gain and move on. Drinks lots of tea and water. I'd do it and then keep going.

    I'm UP today. Same exact pattern as last round's week 2. Was up .2 and same weight as on the 11th. I know how it works, though, and I'm ok...just really want to see it on the scale, like everyone else.

    I used to love fruity mixed drinks, but I have found that I do OK with a few of the new summer fruit flavored Michelob Ultra's (5.5g carbs and 95 calories). They are nice and light and fruity that I don't miss the carb-heavy frozen summer drinks at all!
    So, it's time to eat cake! Today is my birthday, and I haven't added anything sugary since Easter...this is a test!
    I have taken it slow in P4 so far, adding in a few things here and there, but this will be my first real adventure. I realize that this diet has given me such a new outlook on food. Who knew I would ever stress over a slice of cake?!

    we won't talk about how the scale put me 0.2 ABOVE yesterday, mkay?

    we won't discuss how my shot of medicinal heavy cream at 3 a.m. might have had something to do with it.

    we won't remember that beef is my friend, and the only pattern I have seen so far correlating food and losses is that I lose better when I eat beef.

    we won't talk about any of this.

    and, most of all, we won't talk about how TOM is being a serious bastard over here.

    Primalmama, I have a similar dilemma of when to stop, but not a wonderful Korean BBQ restaurant and event to attend. That might make it easier--LOL.

    I need to decide sometime today if this will be my last injection day or not thus, LIW..... which is down .8 from yesterday!!) Only 8# more to go to my goal. (My neuro actually had me at less if I recall correctly. I thought if the scale wasn't down today, it would be a clear indication it is time to stop and not go any further, but since it's down a nice, nice amount, still not sure... I really didn't want to have to to another round and was hoping to get 'er all done this round. Suppose that was unrealistic, huh?

    I do have two vials left in the frig so I could do another round after the appropriate interval, but was hoping not to do that, if possible. Too bad I messed up my first batch--so bad that it was shorted by injection quantity....

    Maybe moving on to P3/P4 would be best to shore up the Omega three levels. BTW, I was using this supplement all along up until about two weeks ago when I shorted the prior month's order (or we just used more than normal between me, my husband, and our Sheltie).

    Today would have been injection skip day, but I think I only have enough left in the vial for one more and SmartyJones suggested I use it today and let today be LIW. <sigh>

    So i just did my measurements ( using the areas listed on the myhcgtracker spreadsheet) i have officially lost 20.40 inches around my body!

    Super happy =]]]

    I lost:
    .5 from my neck
    1 from my upper chest
    1 from my chest
    2.25 from both arms
    3 from my midriff
    .65 from my waist
    2.25 from my hips
    6.25 from both upper thighs (my thunder thighs are diminishing yay!)
    3.5 from both midthighs
    and 1 from both calves

    I meant to do this every week, like the spreadsheet lays it out but i kept forgetting xD

    Oh well, week 4 is coming up on sunday along with my camping trip AND TOM.... So i dont think week 4 will be tons of fun, but here we go!
