So ... check out your state for this natural phenomonon ... Lay off teachers, Hire more Correctional Officers ... change your major from Education to Criminal Justice ... get in the prison system .... I find it to be true that the CO's union is usually the strongest in the state and when it comes time to cut, they are first to suggest education being cut ... this makes for more criminals, therefore securing their jobs in the prison industry ... been watching that happen for years in CA and have noticed that many states are following suit.

I guess this is good news, but I feel like it's an invitation to continue cheating: On Wednesday, I went to Voodoo Donuts (again) and this time I ordered myself my own donut. I only ate half of it, because I got full and I started to feel not so hot (headachy, yucky). And then yesterday, I ate a few more bites of it, plus bites of my daughter's...probably the equivilent of another 1/2 donut.
My weight was up a little yesterday, but I was still in my window (and I didn't "go"). After smooth move tea last night, my weight is back down to .6 over my ldw.
I mean, it's GOOD, but like I said, I'm afraid I'm going to use this information to my detriment...
Oh, and I'm on day 11 of p3...
