There are some cheats that bite back hard. Really hard. Bread would be one of them, I imagine, or beer, or anything that carby. With four pounds, it sounds like you might have some sensitivity to it, too, twingles. Take a deep breath, drink lots of water and tea and don't do it again. If you want to do it again, remember how it feels today and for the next days you will spend in lost time.
Carolina--thanks for the post on Rx v. pellets. I'm so excited my VOX pellets came today after just ordering on Monday. (Did I post that already????) I am hating the idea of a PI now that the weight is finally releasing after those abysmal 2 yoyo/stallish weeks. It IS the smart thing to do under my weekend circumstances, though. Pellets it is on Monday morning!

Morning all!
Well, I'm not sure what's going on but I dropped 3.7lbs yesterday. I'm now just over 2lbs below LDW. Since the advice to drop was to eat more, what do I do now, eat less? Lol.The only thing I did differently yesterday was eat up big for two meals. I had to work a day shift yesterday so I ate a pile of mexican spiced beef with scrambled eggs for breakfast and I wasn't hungry at all during the day so just had a coffee. By dinner time I was pretty peckish so I ate a handful of cashews and almonds while waiting for dinner to cook. Dinner was a delicious veal cutlet with a cream pepper sauce and roasted asparagus with butter, then I had a few squares of dark chocolate afterwards.
Honestly because of the chocolate (which is 85% btw so not very much sugar), I thought I'd be doing a FFF day today, but instead I dropped a huge amount!
Ah well, I'm sure it will even out over the next few days.
Carolina, thanks for posting your review of hhCG vs Rx, it was very interesting to me as I'm doing Rx next round. I need to see if it will allow me to get through a round without the terrible dizzy spells and faintness I suffered through P2 on hhCG.

Damn great loss PM, I wouldn't worry about it. Whatever you did your body likes it! Also don't bet on not having the dizzy spells with RX. That's all I've ever taken and I still have them every once in awhile.

Thanks Kim. I did the same thing at 161, I couldn't get past it and after thinking about doing an apple day on day 5, I dropped to the 150s so I'm just holding out. I even tried a detox bath last night and only lost .4 this morning. I figured I was at this weight for about 1-2 years before gaining to the 160 mark so I'm still averaging a loss between .5 and .6 a day even with the stalls so as long as the inches are still coming off, I can handle waiting for this stall to pass. I also lost 1 pound a day for 3 days last week so I could just be playing catch up to the weight loss.

AFM: Down .4 today, still not what ive been wanting but a loss is a loss =/ right? You can tell its getting close to p3. I finish up my drops on 1st, then have my 2 days of vlcd till the 3rd (right? since im hhcg?) then on to p3 =] im very excited, and nervous....

ACK. Another 1.4 up, putting me at 2.4 above LIW, and in theory due for a steak day. Steak days SUCKED last round, because I would drop and then I'd regain 80% of it or more the next day. But P2 steak days were awesome this round. So, what to do? Should I give the good old steak day another chance?
I know I need to poop, too. All the food I've had in the past 2 days hasn't made an exit yet, and I think that's the bulk of my problem.
