I lost 30pounds total from all my rounds. This round im in i started on aug 1st at 156.2 pounds so today is day 9 of P2 and im stalled 3 days at 147.6 (aug 7,8,9 at same weight) so i lost a total of 8.60 pounds in 9 days. So you think if i eat fage NO almonds that will help break the stall. im not going to eat anything else only the fage?
I stalled during my 2nd week of p2. Just eat as cleanly as possible, pure protein, Veggies, cut out a fruit, Drink at least 64 oz of water, Skip a melba and take a detox bath at night. thats always worked for me, and i stalled alot on p2. BTW 8.6 pounds over 9 days is phenom. Thats almost a pound a day! dont fret, your body is probably just trying to catch up.

Well, to be honest, part of this is purely my fault. I had a fun day on Sunday. The fun day consisted of no breakfast, 2 restaurant meals (all P3-friendly), not enough water drinking, and a lot of walking in the heat. I did drink 2 glasses of wine.

Yesterday, I didn't weigh in the morning, and decided to do just a normal P3 day. FOOD FOR AUGUST 8, 2011.

Little did I count on TOM to start messing with me last night, waking me up at 3 a.m. with cramps.

    Soooooo, this morning's 162 is 1.8 above my last weigh-in of 160.2.

The plan is to do a steak day today. Hoping it will clear away the damage from the "fun" day on Sunday. However, I'm wondering how much of the gain is due to TOM, and whether doing a steak day will be a waste because the water retention will return until TOM is gone.

    WWYD?
I'd do a Fage day, then try a protein, if all else failed I'd do a Fat Fast Day like PM did.

The protocol doesn't call for it, but I am living proof that for 6 days I have ate it along with a protein shake for lunch I have lost 5 pounds. So for me it works so I plan on sticking to it.. I've never been a protocol natzi. =)

AFM~ I am down .4 today. I still lost with having no Fage yesterday, but not as well as I had been losing. Could be that my body is slowing down, or it could be the Fage. I ate it today for lunch, so we will see what tomorrow brings.

    8/8/11 139 0.80

This is my first round of hcg so I can't say much about weight gain, as I never stepped on the scale if I could help it! But, I've had the food sensitivities for many years. The 48 hr reaction from eggs and cheese/mushrooms (?) on your chart looks just like what I've experienced. I've done blood/food IGG tests in years past and for me the dairy that is closest to it's original form of milk is always the worst .My personal order of sensitivity is: Milk, yogurt, cream cheese, sour cream, cottage cheese.....cheddar then parmesan. Also, the more an ingredient is "cooked" the less trouble it is ie; hard boiled egg vs. runny yolk.

I just aborted P3 and am back to P2 because I didn't want to believe in my food problems and gained 4.8lbs.... I also went overboard on calories, so my trouble wasn't just food allergies. On my antibodies test, I had weird things pop up - cucumbers, sesame.

p.s. I wonder if the cream doesn't make you gain weight because the amount in your coffee is so small. Same for the cheese on 8/3. The mushrooms could have helped give you the stomach ache, but I hope they didn't contribute to the gain.

p.p.s. The test was from MetaMetrix Labs. My specialist did it a while back..

I went strictly with Dr. Simeon's protocol for P2. I only ate 500 calories using the list of foods in his manuscript. No almonds, no FAGE, etc.

When I got to P3 on previous rounds I used Linda Prinster's Cure Guide. This is great unles you are having any issues & need feedback. Sometimes a book just doesn't have everything you need; hence, the joining of the forum!

I LOVE this! If you don't like what the scale says, you just go back to bed for a while. That's nice!! I hope it does the trick!
