I agree!I stalled during my 2nd week of p2. Just eat as cleanly as possible, pure protein, Veggies, cut out a fruit, Drink at least 64 oz of water, Skip a melba and take a detox bath at night. thats always worked for me, and i stalled alot on p2. BTW 8.6 pounds over 9 days is phenom. Thats almost a pound a day! dont fret, your body is probably just trying to catch up.
