Hi, me too, im starting day 1 on p3 tomorrow, monday 19th, excited about breakfast, not sure about the rest of the day! Scared of eating too much/not eating enough, will have to go steady and see what happens.

I want to jump in here too! I end my drops on Thursday so I can eat on Christmas Day and over the holidays. I will do Leptin reset January 3 and see how that goes. I plan to do strict no-carb between Christmas and New Years as I will be out of state traveling. Very excited for bacon, eggs and cream! I have also been pouring over those P3 recipes and have my pantry stocked.

Hi, Ryann welcome and welcome to all our new friends. HereCjGoes. heliogoto, acoull, justdoit7504,RebeccaK,Donnatravels, GoingAgainsteveryone, Maxi, llissa,Newjulie, travelgirl70, Dee Barnes, and Geertje (did I forget anyone?) welcome to the thread. We are all at about the same stage give or take a few days and that will help us all. We can share our experiences and ups and downs (hopefully more ups than downs or more downs than ups). Today is my Last Drops Day and my weight remains at 137.2. Not at goal but close enough. I am grateful for the weight I have lost. I am also looking forward to bacon, what is it about bacon LOL? What is everyone planning for their first P3 meal? I keep changing mine. Lorie

Hi- is it too late to join in? I will start P3 on Dec. 24th. I can't wait to go back to coffee with cream and deep condition my hair with oil! I dont know what my first P3 breakfast will be, but I have been craving my first P3 lunch/dinner- salmon sashimi with avocado (they call it a gym roll at the sushi place near me). can't wait! (and also looking forward to making some cocoa crack)

    Ok, here's my short list
Bacon! Oh yes - have never been able to eat it in the past. Found the Gwaltney no sugar kind.
Eggs, have sensitivity to whites so may just have the yolks.
EVOO , my lettuce has been lonely!
Broccoli & butter, together or separately.
Cocoa crack, mug cake, ooopsie rolls and anything I can make w sf pudding, cream cheese and or HWC!
    Nuts, any kind!

Oh I found the Irvingia/African Mango in WalMart tonight so I am going to try it and report back.

    Have a great night!

Just went on the Amazon site to check if there were any reviews of the Irvingia (African mango) I just bought... I know...a little backward, Anyway there are about 200 different kinds of Af Mango products, one of which was endorsed by Dr Oz.
The really intriguing thing is that a number of them are being sold w a copy of DrS Pounds & Inches in a 40 day bottle! Others are sold with a bottle of HCG! Have no idea when the 2 got paired up, but there it is!

The best reviews I have read are really positive about the effects on wt loss & energy! Can't wait to try it!

For all of you who are already in P3, I found this great website, http:// blog.yourlighterside.com, the recipes look ahhh-mazing! Also atkins has a fantastic website as well with the meals seperated into the four phases of atkins. I have one week left, but Im greatful that there are so many people on this thread ahead of me to draw support and wisdom from
