Janeen- I definitely feel better. Still need to lose about 30 more but I feel normal now. how long were your rounds that you lost 30 pounds both times? I dont think I will lose as much this round as last time.
Acoull- you are below your goal- that is awesome!
Well, I finished dinner and then I just started eating salt and pepper off the plate.... seriously- I just put a lot more salt and pepper (the good Himalayan salt and cracked peppercorn) on the plate and ate it directly. that got my husband (who is also on the diet) to start eating the old bay seasoning off the spoon. terrible, isn't it?
