    Good Morning fellow HCG'ers. .

I haven't checked in, in a while. I did my loading, I loaded on all healthy fats, and few foods that I am sure to miss over these next few weeks. I did not gain durning my loading. My night shift schedule and weighing in proved to be a bit tricky this week. I have decided to not count my losses or gains until after my first day off. I will track my weight to make sure I'm staying on track but won't log it till my first full nights sleep.

I was 4 days in when it was my daughters 19th birthday, and I had a couple of bites of her cake and some of her breakfast omelet. Thankfully I did not gain, but I did not lose that day either. I am day 6 with 6.6lbs lost, so I happy with that. Grilling chicken tonight for dinner w/a side of steamed cabbage.

I hope everyone is doing well this week.

wow! WTG guys, you have all had some fantastic losses, awesome stuff.

I'm not getting on here as often as I would like as I'm now working two jobs around the clock and so so busy.

I keep having ups and downs and stalls and starts which has been frustrating but I just go with the flow now and lose what I lose.

I have given up the breads and one fruit, have a little more protein and drinking around 2.8-3 litres of good liquids a day.

I'm now also taking B12 sublingual drops for constant fatigue and weakness, hope it kicks in soon

Keep smiling guys, keep losing. You are trucking along really nice

    Hi all,
I started hcg on Saturday and loaded loaded loaded! It was fun at first, but then sucked- a lot. Who knew? I am addicted to Pepe's Mexican Restaurant salsa and think I will miss it, but, the salsa will still be there when I get back. Anyway, seeing as this is vlcd4 for me, I am very pleased to have lost 8lbs already! Yay-happy dance. My first mini goal is 10 lbs and now I only have 2 to go.
Looking forward to going through all this with some support. Glad you all are here.

The first week on HCG is awesome, the large loss makes you feel great doesn't it! Well done and congrats so far.

How much have you got to lose in total?

Thanks for the welcome. I am currently 222.6 (today!) and would like to get to 140, so...gulp...82.6 to go. But, I am setting my mini goals in 10lb increments, hopefully it will be easier to focus on the smaller goals and I won't get too discouraged by the big number.

We have around the same yet to lose, I have another 83 lb to lose. I also look at 10 lb increments as small goals and every 20 will be my BIG GOAL! Whoop rah!

You can do it. It's not easy but definitely doable. If dieting was easy peezie we'd have a skinny global population ! *grins*
