Mad - I understand completely...size 16 is almost skinny to me right now!!!
When I look in the mirror I have to wonder if the image in my brain is distorted kinda like the opposite of an anorexic, because I think I look pretty good. Wierd!
Brand - got me thinking about our clothes issue. Since all of us are losing so quickly, what do most people here do about buying new "temporary" threads?
I get my "temps" from Goodwill. It is easy to find designer labels there. I've gotten so good at it now that I routinely take the too big sizes in to donate and pay a few bucks the same day for smaller size.

I started at 210 and after two rounds I am down to 177.
I am very pleased and could not have lost all that I have without the help of the hcg.
I feel so much better and so much more happy then I was. I have 6 weeks of P3 and P4 and then at the end of Jan I will be doing another round.
Well done to you for all that you have lost and keeping on losing.
Nats![]()
I started at 230.5 and today weighed in at 202.5!! This is R2P2D18! I only have a few more days on P2 because I can only handle the short rounds and would love to be a little under 200 in case my weight fluctuates a bit on P3.
This forum has really helped me in motivation when I felt like giving in - thank you so much everyone!!
this is a great comment, because I was a litter sad about I'm the only really fat woman here!! I was thinking, Oh, my God!!, this people are suffer with this weight, and I the really fat...who know about everything when you are a really fat woman?, and know I want to say thanks for your question and the comments of everybody here...
Joe I understand you very well, I'm on the size 16 now, and today I was in my face with a big smile, I was happy!!!!
I give all my size plus x2-x3 clothes to one friend,(and this was a really good sensation, and fat but I'm in the correct way, and you make my goal more true!!! and I give more to her, I'm making the book with all my information research, including the original manuscript of Dr. Simeons to her, She promise start on January, I'm ready for help her...and I glad with this...
Hey I think you have to remember that while a size 16 may not sound all that impressive to some, what you're seeing in the mirror is a SCULPTED 16 that is shrinking. You probably DO look pretty good because you're getting healthier and your body is trying to bring itself to correct proportions. I've noticed with myself at least, when I'm not healthy and am gaining weight rather than losing, I get places that are not in their right proportions. Puffy places that stick out etc. The HCG really changed some of that for me even though I lost comparatively little on my first round.
Re Clothes... hee.. I've just been shopping in my own closet for things that are... er WERE too small. Hubby did the same for the smaller jeans, but we did have to actually buy the belt. Next round though, I think we're going to need to go shoppin! Funny as it sounds, hubbs is looking forward to the shopping.. FOR ME. He wants to sit outside the changing rooms and get a fashion show of a skinnier wife. Sweet, isn't it?![]()
Good for you, triunf! And glad you had those clothes in your closet, B! Unfortunately, I'd come to realization I would never get back to the smaller sizes and had given them all away about 4 mos before I found this protocol. LOL Then BAM! But you can bet I have given away all the fat girl clothes now. I'm never going back there again. I HAVE THE POWER!!!

Hello Everyone!
Is this the hCG Meeting? lol
I started out at 218 pounds and I'm down to 165 after two rounds. Woo hoo! I've also lost 52 inches and went from an 18/20 down to a 10/12. I'm only 5'3" so I want to try and get down to 140. I'm so happy about losing weight, but it's the differences it's made in my life that really stand out. Two real down falls for me in a knee replacement, which makes losing weight difficult and the extra weight is hard on the metal. Plus, I have really large hips and bottom, in comparison to the rest of my body. I can't believe that my hips are actually becoming in proportion to the rest of my body for the first time in decades!
Some of this is repeat of what others have said, but are true for me:
- Can do things like get dressed, take a shower, walk in from a parking lot, etc - all without getting winded.
- Can comfortably fit in a plane or theater seat
- Can shop in stores that are more stylish
- Can bend over and tie my shoes without losing my ability to breath
- Cross my legs and actually look like a lady
Today I'm going to get a body wrap to hopefully tighten up some of this loose skin, but I think that is a small price to pay for all the wonderful things that have happened. I plan on starting my third, and hopefully last, round on Dec 24th and Dec 25th. I tear up thinking about how good I feel and how blessed I am to have found hCG.
Sorry for being long winded. Good luck to you all and Happy Holidays!
