    VLCD13 - 131.4 gained .2. Really? I know I didn't have enough water yesterday, hopefully that's it. Guess who's chugging today? Or maybe I hit the dreaded plateau everyone is talking about.

    Im right there with bijou, I am up .3 this am...but it is TOM (started yesterday) and like you, I DID NOT drink all my water yesterday either. My fiance has the flu so yesterday was spent going to the dr, pharmacy, grocery store and playin nurse. I am not going to fret about it too much since I still have 13 doses left. I am on VLCD 24. I am not hungry at all but I am gonna drink drink drink all day long.

    Hello all!

    After a loss of 0 pounds yesterday, I woke up to a -0.8 loss!

    But, even though I didn't lose anything yesterday, I felt smaller for the first time this whole round. My tummy definitely looks smaller. Maybe I needed that 0 loss day so my body could catch up with the weight that I was releasing. Whatever the case is, I am pleased.

    Keep up the good work! Even if you gain on certain days, it all evens out at the end.

    Good job Mitchie! It's great that you feel smaller. It gives us, today's "winners" (as opposed to "losers") a little encouragement.

    Up .8 this morning, for a total of 1 lb in the past two days. Time to do something about it! I just boiled down a full lemon with a cup of water and added some Stevia. Hopefully this will get rid of some water weight. I'll have the ACV tonight and maybe that will get the scale moving again.

    Pre-load 139.5lbs
    VLCD 1 - 141.0
    VLCD 2 - 139.2
    VLCD 3 - 137.4
    VLCD 4 - 136.5
    VLCD 5 - 136.2 (then cheated big time YUM )
    VLCD 6 - afraid to weigh myself after cheating

    Hey Bijou, I'm sure you'll get it down tomorrow. I read somewhere, if u cheat 1x it's like putting you back 3 days......I'm not sure of that. But it scared the heck out of me and I'm actually afraid to cheat......lol Try that theory

    DeeDee, you crack me up. That's a good theory, in theory. Lol. If I have to wait 3 days to get back I'll shoot myself, I need instant gratification. I was thinking about going to get a haircut; every time I get one I lose 2 lbs (I have a head full of hair, and it's pretty long now). That would make the scale move and make me feel better! But that's a bit of a stretch... Lol

    Oh, bijou! No cheating! But don't be too hard on yourself. You'll start losing again soon.

    My scale is acting a little wanky today. Maybe I need to buy a new one tomorrow :-/

    Wow, you gals are right up my ally. Like to be 120 but if my thighs got a divorce I'd be happy too. LOL

    I lost .6 today 2.8 from R1 LDW. Going to start hitting the weights and cardio this week so hoping that will help the inches fall off.
