Newbies with 100+ pounds to lose ! Let's share our journey ! (New Thread)

Well, since HCG2saveme closed the old thread, I'm going to open a new one.

This thread is for people to talk and discuss how things are going.

As hcg2save me said, STICK TO THE PLAN!!

*****Let me add that everyone's plan may be different then the original Protocol. And that is fine, i am not here to judge. *****

I think that everyone needs to realize that there are several different "Plans" out there. I AM sticking to the plan...the plan that came with MY drops. Apparently there are different protocols that come with different drops/injs. The plan that came with my HGC PLATINUM drops says 4 oz of protein, 2 cups veggis, a melba, and a fruit twice a day. THAT is MY plan. I have been reading up on different products. I even saw one the other day that said broccoli was ok and then researched and found that broccoli is NOT ok. I'm just saying before people start getting all ruffled they may want to take a step back and think that the person may be doing what their product is telling them to do. Regardless....I think we are all doing a fantastic job, and I wish all of us the best of luck!

Hey Matt...Hope noone has any hard feeling towards me. I'm pretty bummed about that the other thread was closed...I really enjoyed hearing everyones stories and progress! I also started a new thread in the p2 area, its called "come one come all, lets continue to share our journeys" Feel free to join me there as well! I also stick to the plan...the plan that my doctor outlined for me.

This program works for different people in different ways and I really enjoy hearing how everyone is doing! Lets continue to support each other and give each other reassurance when we need it.

You guys are all awesome and doing terrific!! Keep it up!!

Glad this thread is here! Sad the other one ended on not such a positive note, but that happens! Hope to keep encouraging everyone!

If your plan is different then the original protocol, then so be it. I am not here to judge.

I posted once in the other thread so I am definitely going to migrate over here! I am *hopefully* starting on Friday. I've got everything I need (doing injections) but I am waiting to get paid so that I can buy all my junk food and healthy food lol. I am going to take these next couple days to do every last bit of research and get my doses and such down.

OK, I have no idea what happened! I love this thread, so thanks Matt for restarting it.

I have FINALLY ordered my drops, I am getting the ones you see advertized on the top and sides of this forum. Hopefully, they are good and work real well! I got the express shipping, but I probably won't get them for 4 days, which will set my schedule back ('cause the weekend is coming) to the beginning of next week-ish.

Jene, how did it go at your clinic? Did you change up your dosing?

Shopping on Friday for my meat goodies (got's me a new George Foreman Grill! Will order a food steamer from WallyWorld!). I am very excited and a bit scared, but I love knowing that you all are here!

OK, I just read over the old thread, I am sorry if I over stepped my bounds. I (like many) read over P & I about a million times, plus being fat my whole life makes me an expert at failed diets! I am sorry for my part in all of this. I like to encourage, so other than a bunch of WTGs I will keep my opinions to myself, until I start.

It's hard to diet, and it's hard being fat... Pick your hard!
