Not a doc here, but I would think weight gain (as much as I have gained) and depression, anxiety, or some kind of emotional issue would occur together quite often

This morning I reached my first mini goal! I am down .6 lbs! Which puts me 1/10th over my goal weight of 299.9! Yea!! My next goal is to lose 10% of my starting weight (32.5 lbs), which is only 7.3 lbs away! Then I am going to focus on getting my BMI to the 30's (39.9 is the 30's!).
Is anyone else setting little goals to keep them focused and moving forward?

Rusty...my little goals are really keeping me motivated. I must say not so much since I'm going back and doing them again. LOL I've got about 6.7 lbs to get to one of my goals which I was sooooo close to before my break, I haven't seen the 230's yet so thats my next mini goal. Should be soooon!My goal for today....stick with it and beat this hunger!!

Omg, I am such a dork for not thinking of it this way! Instead of thinking I wanna lose 40lbs this round, I need to concentrate on little goals like you guys are talking!
Maybe that will stop little cheats like the one I had yesterday.
Wasn't from hunger, I cheated all out of habit and being pissed off about something totally unrelated to my diet.
Oh, well...onward with the VLC and smaller, easily attainable goals

Hello everybody.My name is Lyra, and I'm a 19 year old college student. I'm new to this forum, and this thread looks just about right for me, considering I am a hcg newbie and I have 102.8 lbs that I would like to lose eventually.
I'm taking the HCG platinum drops from GNC 3 times a day, and it's been working great for me so far! I started my load days on february 18th and my VLCD days on the 20th. Two days ago, I weighed in at 237.8, and today I weighed in at 232.4! I've never had weight loss like this, and believe me- I've tried everything from working out for 3 hours a day to flat out starving myself. I know I can't make a 100% rational judgment on two days on the program, but so far, for what I can tell, this is the best thing I've ever done for myself.
I really expected this to be difficult, but it's not. The drops KILL my appetite. Seriously, my load days were harder for me than my VLCD days. I really just don't want any food. I used to have a sugar addiction, and of now, I just could honestly care less for anything sugary. And even if I do, the fruit totally kills my cravings.
My round 1 is up on April 1st. I really hope to make it to 200 by then.I haven't been under 200 since I was a sophomore in high school.

I agree, loading is hard if you do it right
Believe it or not, 5.4lbs in 2 days is pretty attainable, especially at the beginning after loading. Looks awesome on the scale, eh?

I need you guys to kick me in the buttocks (Gump), motivate me, or something! I have plenty of time left to lose quite a bit on this round so make me not give up, whatever it takes!!

Bryan~ I'll kick your arse if you kick mine!! lol I'm having a really hard time getting back to it. I cheated yesterday also but seriously, since i took the break and came back I'm having soooo much hunger, its stupid. UGH. I've got about 10 injections left and I'm hoping to get back down to were I was plus an addition 5-8 lbs. should be able to do it if I could just stick to the damn plan! haha
