I have FINALLY ordered my drops, I am getting the ones you see advertized on the top and sides of this forum. Hopefully, they are good and work real well! I got the express shipping, but I probably won't get them for 4 days, which will set my schedule back ('cause the weekend is coming) to the beginning of next week-ish.

Jene, how did it go at your clinic? Did you change up your dosing?

Shopping on Friday for my meat goodies (got's me a new George Foreman Grill! Will order a food steamer from WallyWorld!). I am very excited and a bit scared, but I love knowing that you all are here!
Hey Rusty, I started a thread to if you want to come check it out too. I doubt I will be checkin in with this one much. My thread is called "come one come all, lets continue to share our journeys" it can be found in the P2 area.

I didn't end up going to clinic yesterday...have 3 sick kiddos so I changed my appointment to today. Hoping they are feeling better so I can go!!

I'm in a slump lately...not sure if i am getting my kids sickness or what but I've been feeling YUCKY! getting pretty discouraged.

    I like your opinions rusty!!

I would suggest not weighing for a few days. Keep up with your normal 500 cal diet and wait for the stall to break on its own. Sorry about your goose egg this morning! I know how that goes! It will pick back up though, and make up for the days that weren't so good. Keep up the good work Mylexon!!!

Let me start off by saying I am SO GLAD this thread is back! I haven't started the diet yet, but I have been lurking on the boards for a little while now. When I found that last thread I thought to myself "This is a group of people sharing their struggles, triumphs, failures and losses. This is the support system I've been looking for." Then when everything went downhill, I was soooo upset. I hope everyone that posted over there will migrate to this thread and post here as well.

And Rusty, I loved hearing *everything* you had to say! Please don't keep your opinions to yourself! I enjoyed each and every single one of your posts, and hope to see many many more from you!

BTW, this is my first post ever. So, Hi Everyone!

Hey mel! Thanks for the encouragement. I have opinions and then some!!!! I truly enjoy encouraging and learning about what everyone else is doing. Kinda like walking in the snow, it's easier if you step in the footprints of others that went before you, kwim?

Hey guys!! Hope everyone is having a happy friday!

I was 1.4 down this morning! Pretty excited to see my losses up above the 1 lb mark again...I know it will probably be short lived, but I'll take them while I can get them!

Keep up the good work friends and don't give into the weekend temptations!

    Hi All

I have just started and have just over 100 lbs to lose, seems very daunting right now. I am on Round 1 Phase 2 Day 7. Apparently I loaded real well lol, gained 6.3 lbs over my load weekend last weekend, started on monday with VLCD and as of now am down 9.4lbs ( including my lost load gain) So am hoping that I'll keep going at this pace and get a good headstart on my goal.

    Have a good friday!!!!

I absolutely cannot decide whether to do shots or sub-lingual! If any of you had the same dilemma, could you tell me how you decided?

My thoughts - the shots are more detailed to prepare, do i WANT to give myself a shot!?!, only once a day, uses less HCG per round. Sub-lingual - easier to prepare?, don't have to use needles, planning to do 3-4 rounds and that would be a lot of shots!

    R1P2:
    Week 1: -17.2 Week 2: -4.2 Week 3: -4.6 Week 4: -4 Week 5: -3.2 Week 6: -3.2
    Total lost P2 - 36.4
Stabilized quite well, currently 1.2lbs below LIW, starting R2 loading on Saturday, May 19.

If you use Rx grade hcg you have to mix it either way you go. I personally tried the sublingual a year or so ago and didn't have a great experience with it. I'm not sure what was the cause, if it was sublingual, or bad hcg. I've asked around and I did buy it from a legit place so I'm thinking it was good I just wasn't doing something properly.

I am currently doing injections and find it soooooo easy. granted mine is mixed by a pharmacy so I don't have to deal with that. But I do plan on doing my next rounds on my own and mix my own. I personally like the injections! It's not painful at all. It's super easy, takes 2 minutes or less. rather than holding the drops under your tongue multiple times a day and have to worry how much is really getting into your system. I was really leery of doing injections, but I am so glad I chose that route.

I'm not trying to sway you one way or another, just sharing my personal experience. Many people prefer the sub-lingual, but not this gal!

Good luck on your journey, which ever method you choose it will be well worth it!!
