    Hey guys
    My dad is starting hcg in a few days. He doesn't have access to a computer so am asking on his behalf. What would you estimate the average weight loss daily for a man is? I'm sure its different then what I loose. He has at least 50 lbs to loose and I want to give him realistic goals.

    Also anything that you think would be helpful for him to know that is different for a man then a woman, let me know. I want to be not only support for him but good support.

    Round 1 - 26.6 lbs loss (March 4th - April 28th, 2011) LDW 144.6
    Gained 17.6 pounds back

    Round 2 - 18.4 lbs lss (only a smidge more then I put back on after round 1)
    Feb 12, - March 31, 2012 -- LDW 143.8

    Hi Skinny, feel free to read all you want. There are 110 pages of guys doing this with a lot of them posting their weight loss in their sigs. Average for a guy is 1 - 1.25 lbs. per day if they follow protocol exactly. (including the melba toast).

    Billy, remember, a stall is FOUR days of gains or no loss. If you're not cheating and you're not hungry the fat is still coming off. Make sure you're taking your measurements everyday. I always measure across my belly button and around my waist every day. I'm seeing some gains on the scale right now as I add more food into my diet but my measurements are holding steady so I'm not worried about it. Keep up the good work and don't get frustrated.

    I gained half a pound today. Joy of joys. I'm hoping to power through this and continue the weight loss, however.

    Goal Weight: 220 lbs (HS Football weight)

    Dr Jack Kruse is recommending cold thermogenesis now to enhance the Leptin Reset. He also says it will enhance losses while on HCG, and get you closer to Leptin Sensitivity when you are done with P2.

    Steveo, could you give a quick layman's term to Kruse's thoughts behind thermogenesis? I tried reading those links, but he out kicked my science knowledge quickly. I have been using Ray Cronise's cold therapy up until this point successfully.

    For those playing along at home, I am slowly dropping. My body does not want to pass the 260 mark, as I am still stuck on 261, and despite not being hungry, I am craving chips. This is so hard to break.

    Atx I feel your pain on the chips!

    Guys I assume I'm on track with the norm thus far. Started 259 on RX/inject have not been hungry I drink a gallon on h2o per day or more, diet is clean and simple chicken cabbage Apple. I have lost a lb per day till day 7 and managed to lose .5 and this AM I am the the same weight as yesterday. I'm not concerned at this point will see how the rest of the week plays out...... Tonight will be a challenge I have a business dinner I love challenges so will see how this turns out. Keep up the work guys push on
