I found it at Sprout's. I've also made my own before with cumin, chili powder, onion powder, black pepper, garlic salt and cayenne pepper ground together with a mortar/pestle.

I think it is good advise to not mix fats in a day in case you are sensitive. For example... don't eat avocado, cheese, sour cream, sugar free bacon, and eggs on the same day, just do one at a time. Don't eat pork or starchy vegis like carrots, cauliflower, corn, or peas.
You can mix your vegis now and try liquid aminos for a yummy stir fry.

    That's just for starters.

What are your favorite foods? We can help you create a menu.
That's what I do Thinner. Add one new thing at a time. This round I'm doing dairy first. Once I get back to LDW (from Super Bowl cheat) I'll try eggs for a few days, then nuts, etc...

Jliven, if you bombard your body at once with new fattier foods, and you have a food intolerance or reaction to one, it is difficult to figure out which one you aren't tolerating. That's why it is recommended to do one at a time for a few days to see how your body reacts. A lot of people have a hard time with eggs, cashews and cheese. So be careful with those ones.

I will be in Southern California on the 20th so I will look for a Sprouts! Where I lived before we moved here 3 years ago was filled with Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, and Sprouts but I don't know about Anaheim. Thanks for that. I am taking an empty suitcase so I can fill it up and bring it home!!!!

P.S. Cashews, like peanuts, are a legume which is a starch so that's probably why they can't handle it until P4.

I don't know how I'd stick to protocol without those stores, I get mostly all my food there. I was at the regular grocery store the other day looking for a soup mix and every single one (and there were over 20) had sugar and modified corn starch in them. YIKES! I feel bad for the people that don't even realize all the junk they are eating, even when trying to be healthier.

Thanks for the list.....I will definitely introduce new foods carefully. I am not craving anything in particular but will be excited to add "more" in the protein catergory...not so much in terms of more options but more than 100g. I also plan to stick to my fridge situation that is working for me right now...I have a shelf divided and have proteins packaged on one side and veggies on the other. Very helpful for work days when I'm just running out the door.

Liking water and realizing that calorie counting only takes about 90 seconds a day are two things I am excited to take from P2 on thru the rest of my life.

But....I still have a week left to get over the 30lb total mark which was my goal from the start and I'm so close that I can't even imagine coming up short which is why i'm secretly shooting (and expecting) 34.

Jeremy, remember to cook your meats and vegetables in fats like butter or oil once you're in P3 (coconut oil is the absolute healthiest if you can find it). Add an avocado and fish oil supplements. Maybe even try a handful of almonds for snacks. Adding back the fat is very important so you don't burn the good fat in your body.

Feb. 18 is my first P3 and I'm going to start by having 2 boiled eggs with string cheese for breakfast!!! I found out the hard way in my first P3 that slow and easy is the way to do it, or else you'll have a baaad tummy ache!

Also, adding a digestive supplement is a good way to help your body get adjusted to new foods.

Thanks for that tip thinner....i will absolutely do that! Living in Arizona, I pretty much grill 80% of my meals so I'll work the oils in. Ill have to get coconut oil....I have been a big grapeseed oil guy for its high smokepoint but I see coconut oil everytime i go to Sprouts...which is every single day...I honestly go to the grocery store every single day.
