There are a lot of different opinion on that subject. I follow the rule of adding one fatty thing a day to see how my body responds. I think it is good advise to not mix fats in a day in case you are sensitive. For example... don't eat avocado, cheese, sour cream, sugar free bacon, and eggs on the same day, just do one at a time. Don't eat pork or starchy vegis like carrots, cauliflower, corn, or peas.
You can mix your vegis now and try liquid aminos for a yummy stir fry.
That's just for starters.
