Hi all! I don't know where I've been but I just found you. I've been rogue for awhile and didn't even know it. Now I have a name for my rebellion! Lol
I am down over 70 pounds total!!

I tried Injections! I tried Drops! Now I'm using a Revolutionary NEW hhCG Patch!

They also sell real hhCG Drops and pellets.

Hi i'm new here, but here's so things i did- I bought a mini spray bottle and filled with mct oil- sprayed it on my veggie(prob a teaspoon)- i made broccoli, onions, garlic and jalepeneos (i mix and, don't care) w/ extra grilled shrimp- for dinner i has a chop salad and chicken noodle soup -minas the noodles and the carrots- i had 3.2 loss that day- yesterday i had egg white w/turkey in a whole wheat wrap w/ Swiss half for lunch- half for dinner- i had enough milk for 4 cups of coffee- and mini rice cakes (i wasn't hungry and i caught myself, sneaking them and then just kept eating bc i wasn't paying attention to eating)(that's what i'm looking to change)- well anyways i lost 1.6 that day- i has a loss not as big as first on- could be from mixing the eggs and turkey- or the rice cakes- or not having the MCT oil - or the milk- or the cheese

have now received my Manna 360 diet/meal replacement shake.

It is fantastic, tastes very very nice, there is nothing nasty about this shake at all, taste is very good, no after taste, just really nice.

It only comes in one flavor, Royal Vanilla, you can add fruit such as berries or anything you like and whizz it all up, so you can turn the basic shake into what ever flavor you feel like or just have it plain, I used regular milk but you can use almond or coconut milk , what ever you like.

I am rogue hcg, so used a small banana, but this shake is going to suit the hcg purists just as much as a rogue user.

I took it at lunchtime and after 4 hours I was only just starting to feel a little hungry.

    Verdict is, love it.

I have tried many shakes to use while taking hhcg, most whey based shakes give me an upset tummy, bloating and you know what happens next .... OH YES, you got it!!

This shake has whey protein isolate, so all the sugars, lactose and fat are gone, it's just high quality protein.
But not just protein, this is a fully nutritional packed meal, all the vitamins and fibre, lots of great stuff in this drink.

HERE IS A BASIC RUN DOWN OF THE IMPORTANT STATS

    Calories 130
    Calories from Fat 20
    Total Fat 2 g 3%
    Cholesterol 4 mg 1%
    Sodium 75 mg 3%
    Potassium 100 mg 2%
    Total Carbohydrate 14 g 5%
    Dietary Fiber (100% plant sources) 8 g 32%
    Sugars (100% occurring from fruits) 1 g
Protein (100% from whey protein isolate) 15 g

If I were not rogue hcg , I would still use this while doing strict protocol.

I have trail blazed this for you guys, hope somone else gets some benefit from it.

I do feel energized and sleeping better.

If you look this product up, check out something else they have called
Zip chews, I was sent 3 to try with my order, and yum, no added sugar, they are an antioxadant and energy booster, without having to take an energy drink.
No added sugar ,they have stevia in them and a rich raspberry chocolate flavor, they are like a medium hard caramel, just suck on it, truly yummy.

I take one and then do 1000 to 1500 jumps on the rebounder, non stop. there is no way I can do that many usually.

Quality products, I am going to keep taking them, and use hhcg.
What is the best deal for these? Are they dairy-free? THANKS

This thread rules! I have NOT been able to stick to a damn protocol YET in the last 6 - 7 months that I've been trying to do this damn diet. I realize I have like no access to a kitchen, plus am a lousy chef. So I was S.O.L. I am happiest on liquids and yet was trying to do something right for once so I was trying to cook veggies and fish like we're 'supposed to'. I just decided to use up the stuff I have (hcg) and do a big round....but kinda "my way"...and somehow come here and see this thread!? AWESOME. Because I plan on exercising and I plan on doing a lot of green drinks, PERHAPS a protein shake, but mainly spinach and other green powders with water and stevia. I have to really alkalize my body for other reasons. This weight HAS TO COME OFF. I'm so glad others are doing it their way because it's like I've heard of people having plenty of success doing so, but then you get scolded if you suggest it. OH, and because I'm able, I might do the 1" IM shots too. Why not? I have hemo-15 B vitamin and amino shots to do too. I'm hopeful for the first time in months that I might have a plan that will work!!!! Is exercise really ALL that bad??

Glad you found your happy place I have heard of many people exercising while on this diet without and issue. To each their own!

Hi all, I just found this Rouge thread. I have been going rouge since the beginning. There just aren't enough veggies that I like that are on protocol. I love spinach but a girl can only eat so much of that, so I've eaten broccoli and green beans for most of my veggies, plus eaten turkey patties cooked on my george foreman, plus I eat frozen fruit for Breakfast - peaches blackberries and strawberries.

I've lost 17-lbs in 20 days with a couple days with no drops and a couple days were I went off protocol totally for a meal.

Woops. Somehow replied before I finished.

There was this one day I had cooked and shredded a chicken breast and doused it in Frank's, and I STILL couldn't eat it. I had also fried some onions with a little bit of coconut oil, and I ate half of those, but that chicken...ugh...not another bite. So I threw it in the Vitamix with the rest of the onions, and some cabbage and tomatoes, and a TON of pizza spices, and chicken broth and I liquified the whole f*ing thing. And I boiled it down and added some more broth. Best damn soup I ever made. I ate 2 bowls. Can't remember if I lost weight the next day, haha. It just felt good to get something in my stomach without having to choke it down.

Also love spinach, celery, strawberry, lime juice and stevia in a green drink. My kids made popsicles out of it one time and actually ate them! So, I totally relate to the liquid diet. It's a life saver for me.

(Obviously, I mix my veggies. )

Are you on drops, shots or patches?

I think I finally found my home...... nice to be on here with other rogue members and not have the usual "maybe your hungry because you need to adjust your dose" crap rammed down my throat. I started following the 800 calorie protocol from Dr. Lipman and have lost 9 lbs in 9 days so I must be doing something right. Basically I've just been having breakfast, lunch and dinner with 2 snack in between but also watching the carbs and fat.
