I've been doing some light exercising the past few days and I think its making me stall. I was really looking forward to toning up but now I'm afraid to get too involved until p3. I'm not doing anything crazy. I've jumped on a trampoline and been doing ab & leg exercises with an exercise ball. So its not that I'm really doing anything that burns a ton of calories. I was looking forward to adding Zumba to my routine next week but now I'm afraid I'll stop losing if I start it too soon. Has anyone else had issues with losing the weight with exercising?
