Im worth it!
Hope the Dr notices how great you are doing! Hope the calorie count works for you. It sounds like you know exactly what your body needs. Ive never been great about counting calories. When I have in the past I obsessed. Yeah I could see how it could get messy. I have a larger water bottle I carry around all day so it wouldnt be too bad...never tried it myself though. I have thought about doing a shake day but I think that would be rather expensive day in P3/P4 with all the scoops you need. Maybe if I found a cheaper shake that is safe to use it wouldnt be soo bad.

Hi Smiley, You could do a shake correction day probably with not too many scoops with some berries perhaps? vitacost.com has things on sale all the time and things there are lower anyway - free shipping over $49 -. I get my flavored stevias there(Wisdom Natural brand - You can search things by brand on the left of page) I've gotten Jay Robb shakes there, too. Any shake sweetened with stevia would be all right I would think - I use a number of different kinds. On P3/4 you could use Almond milk and cream, too, to up the cals, but limit you food choices for the day and most P3 veggies would be fine with it too, no doubt
My Dr thinks I am awesome - it was nice to hear - blood tests really good - thyroid a little slower this time (I've had to take something for many years; I take Armour, now)- that might be affecting my mood, maybe. No sign of diabetes or high blood pressure anymore, either. I exchanged long text messages with my daughter today felt some better, but miss her being in my life terribly - 2000 miles distance for the last 5 1/2 years is a lot.
Enjoy your family, Smiley and the season, too

Im worth it!
Good afternoon. Im glad you were able to talk to your daughter. Distance is only what the heart allows it to be but its also hard when you just want to hug the person or have a face to face. Skype has come in handy for that as well but its not like I have used it and its not really the same. I hope she is doing better.
Yay! So glad to hear the doctor sees your awesomeness & had great news! You rock!!
I was doing well today but then had sugar free goodies which are not carb free. Im trying to keep the rest of the day good. I just dunno what it is...feeling blah these past few days.
I have all intentions of starting to workout again so lets see if I can just manage to get outta bed to do it.
Thanks for the advice on the almond milk or cream to up the calories, thats a good idea. I just know that with shake days it says like 4 scoops 3x day so that would be like half the bag all in a day. Id rather save the money & do hamburger day. I think tonight I will make hamburger for tomorrow and do what somene else on here suggested 1.25 pounds in 3 patties with 1 egg each time. Easy enough...now just need to keep the sweets away---chocoholic here.
Hope you are having a good day!!

AH cocoa crack...havent had that in a while. Should go buy some more xylitol but eh. I did a hamburger with egg day (eat tat 3x in one day) Wednesday and Thursday & got down to a decent weight. Today and tomorrow will be bad days with Christmas gatherings & a birthday party. I cant wait until all these "events" are done and over with. How are you holding up?

I'm doing ok, Smiley - I talked to my brother today - he wanted to be sure of my daughter's address - I told him I might be moving to some senior housing sometime soon - he said to keep him updated and maybe he could come help me - this was good to hear (he's three years older, but in pretty good shape) as LL wants me out all at once when I go - this concerned me, as if I rush I'll probably do myself bodily harm... I did pack and move two boxes to the garage today and I got the final paperwork in to the housing Authority, too - just have to bring my new SS card over when it arrives.
I'm still doing this weirdo round; it's not a great push to lose any specified amount of weight, but is getting a feel for what things I really like to eat and will be a continuing process - Like tonight I was taking care of a friend's house plants, hadn't taken my drops before going over, got caught up in what I was doing and didn't want to leave ended up hungry, so ate some peanut butter, my body felt better, but know if I had been home or remembered to take my drops before going I wouldn't have succumbed to the PB. One thing I found that I really enjoyed today was 0% Fage, micro-green sprouts, blueberries and a bit of stevia - this was yummy to me... yummier than the PB later - that was plain hunger. I think it's all self exploration and becoming healthier in our bodies and minds/emotions - especially how we see and treat ourselves.
I'm glad your hamburger and egg days were successful. We will run out of 'events'... at least until the next Superbowl and then you next wedding/reception thing in Feb? lol - always something, huh?
Hope you have a good night, Smiley -

Hi Smiley -
How are things with you?
AFM - I still don't know when something will be available housing-wise, but my paperwork is in anyway - It will be good to have my own space and kitchen especially. I'm trying to pack away things not immediately needed to be prepared to move more readily.
I'm thinking of starting a 3 week strict P3, the beginning of January in preparation to going back into P2. Does that sound weird to you? I'll have been on some program off hcg/hhcg for a long time with a PI break in the middle and lately haven't been strict protocol. Will probably take a day off for Christmas and New Years, but still be pretty much P2 otherwise. Would like to do P3 correctly for a while before doing P2 again.
My weight is stable-ish, not really losing now, but haven't been the best on protocol. I think I'm feeling a little deprived of goodies at this season... I'd better make some cocoa crack, hehe.
Hope you are having a good day, Smiley.

Hey Kagee sorry been MIA this week. Its been run run run it seems and busy at work so far. I think its great that your packing your stuff up a little at a time, eases stress later. Do you pay LL by week or month? When you move u should just have to move by the end of that time period not all in one day as you pay for that period of time. I hope your brother is able to help. How is your daughter doing?
I still have to wrap presents, ah...hopefully will get that done tomorrow night. Its been bad food week with work gatherings and lunches. Im not really focused on staying on track lol. I did order my kit so Im ready to start the round in January.
I had a fage day monday, it was yummy but ugh seemed difficult to eat all of it for some reason.
I hope you are having a great night!

Hi Smiley, Don't wear yourself out, lol, running - but it's a good running, yes.
Ahhh, there is always January!
I'm better today - I was able to move and release old stuck emotional baggage this morning - I think it helped that I got up at 3:30am, gave sleep up by 4:30, so started my bath meditation time then. (before LL was stirring. I think that's why I got so much inner work done.)
I think I'm stuck in a High School set point - I keep bouncing around 159-160 lbs. If we get tons of snow today I'll continue the drops and my P2-ishness - I was going to go to a friend's up on the mountain Saturday night and come back Sunday, but I don't think that's going to happen (maybe I'll just eat cocoacrack on Christmas for all my meals : >).
As to LL and moving, hopefully things will work out time-wise, when it happens, that I will have some time left on my rent here, to give me moving leeway... I'll just trust that things will work out.
What's your family eating for Christmas - I can live vicariously : }
Have a good one, Smiley ~
