    Week 2: -2.4 (finally -.2 under LDW from R1!)

    We will only be on week 5 of R1/P3 (hhcG) by Jan. 1. Any thoughts if we will be doing ourselves a disservice by ending P3 early and loading with you all??

    Faux-tato recipe:

    Steam 1 head of cauliflower
    Puree in blender
    Add 1/4-1/2 C butter
    2 TBSP Mayo - Puree again
    Add salt & pepper to taste

    That's it! I think I pureed mine a little too much, but it is still good. Good Luck!

    Dr. Simeons (hereafter known as "The Dreamy One") asked for 6 weeks between rounds.

    Some people extend their rounds, others run P3 longer than 21 days, others do all sorts of odd things like 3 weeks of P3 followed immediately by another P2.

    My recommendation...

    (adopts a classic thinker's pose)

    Join us, but don't load until the week after we start. Then you get the advantage of our sexy loading group, with no worry about jumping back in too early. There will be many people that, due to a myriad of reasons, load a bit earlier or later than January 1, so it is not like it would be odd to be slightly out of step with everyone. Considering that some are doing short rounds, and others long rounds, even those that start on the exact same second will be at different points of their round at some point.

    Just my 8.9 cents.

    p.s. When you say "we", who is the other part of "we"? (looks around and pretends he also sees the invisible rabbit)
