Wow!! I cannot WAIT until I am marching to *that* drum!!!

I just checked on my order from ADC and it's still in the dispensing stage.. sigh. I ordered it on the 6th.. so perhaps I'm just not being patient enough Amazon Prime has me spoiled.. ha ha ha.

It's all good.. just hope that my orders all arrive before I leave on my vacay... Anyone know how the ADC ships? Will it be UPS?

I have gone over my list a few times but I think I got everything that I'll be needing. I am going to do shots and I'm going to be mixing drops for my hubby. I am super psyched to lose lose lose.. which makes me wonder why I'm in a non-ending loading stage here.. I did my ticker but I'll prob have to change my start weight #hidesheadinshame

Welcome!!! I am a newbie too.. but my suggestion to you is to read the original protocol- (http://hcgdietinfo.com/HCG_Diet_Simeons_Manuscript.htm) if you haven't already. It will give you a good overview. Otherwise, I have found the people on this forum to be sooo helpful and I know that they will be able to answer your questions

Looking at your ticker link I see that you copied and pasted the link, which is giving an incomplete link that does not work. This is likely because it shows the link with a ... in the middle when it is too large to show.

    So here's the ticker link:
    h*ttp://www.tickerfactory.com/ezticker/ticker_designer.php?type=3

Just remove the * and it should work for you

I look at my weight loss thusly...

83.5 guinea pigs. The half a guinea pig came from a horrific nail clipper accident.

    or...

The world's largest ball of tape supported by 3.5 guinea pigs. Same guinea pig accident, except this time it happened while shaving my legs.

    or...

An irish setter eaten by 3.5 guinea pigs. No accident this time, the last guinea pig lost a tonne of weight on hCG.

    or...

An elephant's penis that an average house cat, a bald eagle and half guinea pig were fighting over.

Yeah...well what can I do. LOL I'll just smile and nod and giggle that I get hit by gout for losing so much weight so fast.

    (drumroll)

    83.5 pounds
first, congrats on that amount of weight.. it's staggering to think you've lost 3 toddlers + a cat !
second... a great remedy for gout is dark cherry concentrate which you can add to water or just eat plain (it tastes a little like cough syrup). You can get it in health food stores. I had read about it in regards to reducing body inflamation and told a friend about it who has been suffering with gout for years. He started taking it every day and hasn't had an issue since. Might be worth you trying to fit it in while on P4

DUH!!! Have your Estrogen Unit smack you in the head for me.

CONGRATULATIONS!!! ALCHI- YOU ARE AN AWESOME LOSER!!!

(the whole group chants to you...)
    LOSER! LOSER! LOSER!
    Men are wonderful.

She doesn't need a reason to smack me. I've given her several lifetimes of reasons This is likely not a surprise.

Thanks, they weight came off as a really interesting journey, but it's a journey worth taking.

It amazes me to try to wrap my head around the sheer amount of mass that each of my joints do not have to contend with regularly. Thanks for your kind words in your congratulations.

Danke. Cherries are definitely a friend now. I hug them and squeeze them and name them Georg...err eat their faces off.

My toe is feeling better actually. It took over a month, but I think a lot of that is me continuing to injure it, rather than acute arthritis of my toe joint. Boys are dumb.

    I appreciate your advice!

    Girls are scawwy....

That effortless hip toss, especially considering how heavy and solid Bas is, is simply amazing.

Then she has him down and fixes her hair...lol. Such a strange gender you are.

Keep in mind that I'm a smelly boy and having an X and Y chromosome helps to amplify the losses you have on nearly any diet (including losing weight by being stabbed by 66 women) so it will likely take you longer than a testosterone glob. My weight loss is my entire journey, including pre-hCG as well, since I'm tracking for health and not just this leg of my weight loss.

That being said, the drum awaits

This is where I would tighten up my belt and ensure that I was changing my eating patterns, since you do not want to make the VLCD harder on yourself by going cold turkey then. It's easier to do it now, trust me. Push water, holy cows push water and get used to pushing water. Water is your saviour on this sucker.

    Good luck!

    First off, great name

Secondly, welcome! We'd love you to join us~

Hmm not sure what you know and what you don't, so this advice might be useful or not...
    - Read Pounds & Inches. I found it a bit dry, so I downloaded the free copy from Itunes. It's 3 hours long, but that's not bad to scratch kitten bellies and relax.
    - Call right now Phase 1 and get your head in the game in terms of eating cleaner and pushing water.
    - Load well. It is both a nice excuse to be naughty (hey, I'm on a diet here, pass me another eclair) and very important to ensure that you have sufficient stores of reserve fat.
    - Smile, you're about to be a much smaller you.
    - Get a good water bottle and get used to drinking so much that your second home will be the bathroom.
    - Throat punch all the nay sayers in your life that are going to inflict their opinions on you.
    - This worked for me, but might be too hardcore for some others. I replaced all my plates and bowls with 500ml capacity locktop-type containers. Not only is this great for storage, but it also does wonders for portion control both on the diet and after.
    - Expect to be low energy, crabby and other wonderful side effects while your body questions your motives. Plan accordingly. I stopped working out halfway into P2 after trying to be bullheaded and continue through it. Walking is important...walk loads.
    - Giggle, your goal is closer than you think.
    - You might go into ketosis throughout this process. That comes with some really funky breath. I chewed sugarless gum from my local health food store. Not suggesting you do it, since that's off protocol, but be aware it might be you that smells.
    - Find yourself a trustworthy scale.
    - Ensure that if you are cursed with family members/roommates/whomever that will decide to come home and eat your favourite foods in front of you, that they understand that you are not eating much and you will likely tear off pieces of them if they test your resolve.
    - Relax, we're here to help.
    - Check your toiletries for oil. If it has it, see if you can find some that doesn't have it.
    - Get your family doctor on board. It takes so much pressure off when there's an MD watching out for you. Blood/urine tests are important (in my eyes) to make sure your liver and kidneys are happy through this. This is a wonderful time for a before and after of your cholesterol scores too.
    - I would start weighing yourself every morning from now on, after you've gone to the bathroom, and record the weight. I am a huge proponent of charting your progress and think that this is an understated support that makes a massive difference in your success on any diet. I put mine in a bunch of places (weight loss ticker, my blog, the first page of this thread, on a piece of paper and the wall calendar by my computer). I have constant feedback of how well I am doing.
    - This is the time to get all the things in place support-wise to set yourself up for success. Look ahead and find events that will make it harder on yourself, and come up with alternative plans. Get the crap food out of your fridge. Get a Foreman Grill (or something like that...this is not a product placement). See if someone else can do the cooking during your injection phase.
    - Kiss your fat goodbye~

By "breakdown sheet" do you mean the graph that Fbb is updating?

Name (your login name here on the boards)
Start (what date are you starting your loading days?)
Round (is this your first round? 8th? let us know)
P2 Length (are you planning for your injection phase to be 42 days or 30? or...et cetera)
HhCG/Rx (are you taking homeopathic or prescription hCG)
Delivery Method (patch, drops, pill, injection into muscle or under the skin?)
    Goal (what's your goal weight?)
Sex (not a proposition, do you lean towards the estrogen or the testosterone side of the fence)

Good morning everyone! Today is the start of P4 for me...feeling a bit nervous yet excited to be able to run off my leash. Today I awoke to a 2 lb. loss, putting me 4.2 below my LIW. Should I be concerned? Or just accept it as a cushion as I enter P4? Any guidance or sage advice is appreciated!
