    Zoey passed away last Monday morning. Just couldn't handle 3 operations back to back. She has been laid.

    I've let my weight got crazy. 191.2 and I don't seem to care. Need a head adjustment soon.

    I'm so sorry to hear about Zoey. Are you and your husband doing okay?

    I've been computerless for about a week, but finally figured out the password to my old computer until mine comes back from being fixed.

    I think we are at the same weight. I need to get my head straight too, but don't know how to do that. I also need more injection needles and to at least clean up my mess up with another round.

    Mike and me are ok. Our male Bones has been depressed so we have been looking at puppies. Mike decided that he really wanted one so she will be coming in from LA next Saturday.

    Thursday, I'm going on a day trip with a friend. It's a riverboat luncheon. I refuse to see the 200 mark again so I will be using that day to start a new load. I can't allow myself to be 200 pounds ever again.

    Hi Stick, I'm with you on refusing to ever be 200 pounds or over again. I'm waiting for blood test results to come back to let me know if I am allergic to gluten (mainly wheat). It wouldn't suprise me if it is positive. I'm planning on doing a round to get back under control and then be gluten free going forward. I'm going to make my house gluten free, so my daughter will mainly be on this as well. I think it will be good for her. I've been reading up on how wheat has been changed genetically in the past 30ish years and no wonder so many people are so sensitive to it.

    How fun, getting a puppy. Hope to see some pics on FB of her. What kind of puppy are you getting? Good luck on this round. I'll be around to support you.

    Got our little girl a week ago last Sunday. She is an English Bull Terrier like the Target dog.

    I have a listing on what foods to eat by blood type if you want one. I'm type O and it says NO Wheat!

    Hope you are having fun with the puppy. Are you doing another round?

    I bought more injections supplies, planning on loading Friday/Saturday this week then a 30 day round. After reading up on wheat, I believe that it is horrible for people. Once I'm done I will be going wheat free. I would love to see the listing on what foods to eat/blood type. I think that would be interesting. Sadly, I have no idea what my blood type is. I'll have to find that out.

    Weigh in today 198. Still not 200. What I have notice with my weight gain is that my thighs increased a very little. I can still get my size 14 on. Before at 198 I was wearing size 18. All the weight I've gained has settled in my upper stomach area. Heartburn has come back after being without it for a year, lower back pain has returned and my skin on my stomach is itchy. I had told myself I'd never let this happen to me again after loosing so much weight and here I am again.

    I do know that when I was staying on this thread even when a lot of our friends left, that I continued to maintain my weight of 160 with little increases and looses. I am going to do my best to be here very day and log my weight. Need to stay focused.

    Chelle, I wish you well and hope that both of us can get our shit together with each others help. No more excuses for me. No birthdays, holidays or anniversaries in the near future to tempt me. Closes one is Thanksgiving.

    Hi Stick, I'm still here and coming here for motivation every day. My weight at the end of loading was 193.6, I was down to 185.8 this morning which suprised me. For some reason I'm doing much better this round than last round. I think that I had to get over me denying that I had a problem with wheat and just wanted to eat it even though it made me feel sick and bloated. I know that once I come off of this, I don't get to eat it ever again. I think that helped with my frame of mind. My last three rounds have ended with high stress situations, if it happens again this time I will be stronger and keep my head (I need to remember I said that).

    We are getting healthier, and will do this and succeed this time. At least neither of us went up to our start weight or higher. I wish that I had nothing going on this month. My dad's retirement party is Satuday, a friends party the weekend after then my cousins wedding the weekend after that. I decided that it had to be this month though, or I would have ended up at over 200 pounds. I'm here to support you through this, and would love it if some people showed up to do a round with us, but I'm not expecting it.

    Chelle, so excited to see you back here again. We can do it. We've done it before.

    I only had a small weight lost this morning. 197.6 so that's only .4 but I just came off the loading so I'll take it. Right now I'll take what I can get and be happy with it.

    Have you been on it for a week already?
