I am doing the reset as my P3 protocol. I did HCG a year ago and never really stabilized. Just did a 23day round and lost most of what I put back on. I am not a unhealthy eater by nature. I love my veggies and don't enjoy meat too much. I do enjoy potatoes and breads but in moderation.
As of right now I am eating 2 eggs and steak in the morning and today added CO to my coffee. I am so sick of eating meat that I am seriously considering fasting the rest of today with exception of the CO I need to take.
Some mornings I eat 3 eggs over spinach broccoli and onions with garlic and a teaspoon of Parmesan cheese. Then I add a protein shake (Teraswhey) to get my protein up.
I had roasted chicken yesterday for lunch along with a salad. For dinner I had tri tip and salad. The day before I had a porterhouse steak for dinner and green beans cooked with CO (gross by the way). Lunch was chili verde and breakfast was bacon and eggs.
I am not exercising at all because if I do, I end up so tired the next day that I can do nothing but stay in bed. This was one of the reasons I thought was LR and decided to do the reset.
I AM sleeping better but notice I want to stay up later because I am wide awake. Not sure if you saw that today's weight was up .6.
While I don't enjoy seeing the scale go up and I don't enjoy all this protein I will continue if it will heal my body.
