    Steady 1.4 all weekend. And I even had a mimosa on Sunday at brunch.

    I didn't quit... I just think some people tapered off. Some of us (about 6) talk thru emails.

    I lost .4 today but that's because I had 5 pieces of chocolate yesterday and a glass of sweet tea vodka. :x

    Be strong! You can do it, gains can be caused by anything like expecting TOM.

    I'm going to try coconut oil this weekend to see how I do and if it works, then I'll be so happy. LOL

    So you LOST .4 by having 5 pieces of chocolate and some firefly??

    I am doing this diet all wrong.....lol

    LOL I don't know how I do it but I've had at least 1-3 drinks a week and I've cheated a few times and I keep losing. This weekend I'm going to try coconut oil and see if that helps too. But I also drink about 2 gallons of water a day. With every drink, I make sure to drink 3 times that drink in water. But isn't firefly awesome???

    Ok it's been crazy...I know I know you probably thought me and the wifey quit but we didn't. But this was a hard round for us. Let me just give you the skinny... Superbowl came right after my birthday and our anniversary!!! and if that wasnt enough we celebrated Valentines in the Florida Keys. I don't think it's hard to figure out..... we cheated.... more than I wish to admit too ;-(....I know let is have it. We suck. But I lost as of day P2VLCD23R1 23lbs and my wife is at 17lbs. She had her own issues too. (TOM) you know that guy just brings trouble... Lol. We are going to do a full thirty cuz we were sooooo bad. But now we are about to go into P3 and TOTALLY LOST!!! WE NEED GUIDANCE (obviously). HELP!!!! and please keep the discipline to a minimum we have been sulking in our own disgrace..... Lol.

    Don't be so hard on yourselves, it happens. You've both lost weight, so yay!! I don't have any guidance for P3, as I don't start for another 12 days. But I think if you just go into it going by the guidelines, you should be fine. You both may need to do a second round. Heck, you know what your weaknesses are, so a second round you should be able to beat them. Good luck to both of you!!

    Yeah, I was hoping to do one round, but realism is going demand two rounds! I have a friend who has just started, so I will will prob wait for her and we will start R2 together (or really really close to each other). I was dreaming of 25 pounds, but knew 20 was more realistic. I have 2 more shot days left.
