    Anyone use Chapstick, Carmex, etc...?

I am so addicted to all things lip! I carry chapstick everywhere I go! I have been trying to go without it since I started HCG (today is R1P2D13), I have noticed that the days I used more of it, I don't loss as much the next weigh in.

Just wondering if anyone has these issues!

Pretty sure carmex is on protocol. I use vaseline, that is what I was using before. Your weightloss will fluctuate up and down naturally.

I use carmex (strawberry flavored) all the time. I can't say whether it affected my losses because it wasn't an option not to use it many times a day and night.

I use it religiously and it hasn't affected me at all!
