    Armour and HCG

    I have been on armour for 3 months. just got my HCG. I was reading the hcg diet and the doc said not to be on thyroid meds...do i stop the armour??

    I would say no, don't stop the Armour.
    I have known other people doing Hcg and they kept taking their thyroid meds during the protocol.
    However some people who lost quite a bit of weight ended up having to reduce their thyroid meds slightly after losing the weight, if this happens to you you will realise as you will start getting 'hyper' symptoms (racing heart at rest, persisten diarrhoea, sweating when not doing anything and others are not and so on).
    Started VLCD 11th August 2012
    Starting at 167.6 lbs
    1st wk total: -9.6 lbs from 'before' loading weight
    2nd wk total: -3.8 lbs
    total so far -13.4lbs
    from now will only weigh 'weekly' during P2 (daily P3 and 4)

    Goal: 136
    SSG: 121

    Keep taking thyroid meds. Dr. Simeons was seeing his patients every day so when he stopped their meds, he was still monitoring them. Since you aren't seeing your doctor every day, keep taking them.
