My friend and I are starting at the same time. Her doctor said to take 8 ounces of cranberry juice every day, diluted in enough water to make 8 cups a day and then alternate with 8 cups of water thruout the day. I have been reading everything I can before I start and have not heard of this at all for phase 2. What do you all think?

I think if your friend does that and you don't, you'll lose weight faster and you'll stabilize better. Don't drink cranberry juice.
