    Question Day 26vlcd and starving?

I am 28 days into round one, 26 days vlcd. I have been doing great, total loss of 30 pounds, feeling awesome etc until yesterday. Low energy, hungry a lot more often and my weight hasn't budged in two days either. Any ideas, tips, etc would be so appreciated!!

I had the same exact thing last week, right around day 25. It turned out to be a dosing issue. I am on huff drops and I ended up lowering my dose.

What I did was I skipped a day and took note of how I felt. The hunger and fatigue totally went away so I adjusted my drops from 15 3x a day to 10 3x day. Made all the difference in the world and I am back in "the zone".

    Good luck to you!

I had the same thing happen, too! Right around the same time. I also started taking less drops, 10 three times a day instead of 15. I hadn't been measuring them just dropping a whole dropper-full in which turns out to be 15 drops. Oops. Anyway, that doesn't help you, sorry lol. Would you consider taking one less pill per dose and seeing how you're doing? I felt so much better the day I lowered my drops!
