With poor losses lately, I decided to do a detox bath. Unfortunately, I screwed it up because after only a few minutes in the hot, hot water, I decided to add some more. I turned on the water, sat back and a few minutes later, realized my feet didn't feel any warmer than before. I was putting cold, cold water in. All my hot water was gone.
So, I had a luke-warm detox bath. I still sweated, but I'm sure it was nothing like it was supposed to be. It also didn't show anything on the scale.
Can I do another detox bath today? Are there any rules as to how often you can do them?
