I also have fibromyalgia. My birthday present to myself this year was my husband and I went and had me blood tested for food allergies. Holy Camoly!!! Wheat, gluten, dairy, and yeast are my biggest no no's. I remember my Dr saying to me, you won't really know what they have been doing to you until you remove them from your diet, and then have them at some point. You want to talk about MAJORLY aggravating my fibromyalgia, my husband and I were shocked. It's unbelievable how they effect me.
I have about 45 pounds to go. By the end of my journey I will have lost 115 pounds. I know that this is just the beginning for me also, and that's ok. It's a good beginning. I am starting with the best odds I have ever had of being healthy, and I know how to take better care of my body and what it wants and needs. I'm also finally catching up with the skinny girl I have always been on the inside.
