p2 or p3? sashimi is your best option for either....ask them to hold the rice. Miso soup is probably OK if you are in p3. Look for some veggie salad to order if you are in p3...but they usually put a sweet dressing on it. As far as a low carb roll, anything that is not wrapped in rice...trying to think of what that other stuff is called that they make wraps out of....shoot....my caffeine hasn't kicked in yet this morning.
