    Help! Fage yogurt

Where do you get sugar-free Fage? My Walmart carries both 0% and 2% fat (no regular) Fage, but it all had sugar added to it. Does regular Fage have 0g sugar? Where do you buy it?

    Thanks! Carrie

The only places I found it were at Whole Foods, or Fred Meyer. At Fred's, it is in the organic section.

Thanks. I'll look at Whole Foods when I go. We don't have Fred Meyers on the East coast.

Make sure you are looking at the ingredients and not the nutrients list. Fage will have some natural milk sugars listed in the nutrients list but not the ingredients list.

Are u referring to the sugar grams in the nutrition label or to something in the ingredient list? If sugar is on the nutrition panel but not in the ingredients, it's naturally occurring and that's fine. You'll fine that with milk products, tomato products and much more.

No, it listed sugar as an ingredient. Not one of the first ingredients, but still, it was there. I'll check on Whole Foods for the regular-fat stuff.

If it's plain, it shouldn't have sugar as an added ingredient..was this flavored or plain?

Wasn't sure if you were talking to me - I was looking at flavored. I don't eat plain yogurt unless it's as an ingredient in a recipe, so I was hoping to find some flavored with no sugar. Am I probably out of luck? Walmart didn't have the plain kind of Fage.

You can buy the plain, add berries to it and some stevia
