Thread: Jicama

    I know that Jicama isn't on 'protocol', but is anyone eating it? I love it, but haven't had any since being on hhcg. It's so low in calories, but does have some good health benefits. I would love to start eating it again. What do you think????

    No, it's SUPER starchy! It wouldn't even be allowed in P3. One serving is over 10 grams of carb. :-(
