    You say you are hungry , make chicken cabbage soup. 2 cups chicken broth sodium free ff free, your chicken you are allowed, two cups chopped cabbage and lots of mrs dash seasoning will do it.
    Started Feb 7th
    R1p2 week 1 lost 7 lbs
    R1p2 week 2 lost 2 lbs but the inches are coming off
    R1p2 week 2 still no losing but clothes are looser

    VLCD17 and I am down .6!!!! I am so super happy. I am having one issue and I can't believe I haven't mentioned it yet. In the morning, I have to sit and chill for a while before I get going or I feel really lightheaded...faint and a bit of nausea. After I chill, drink my coffee and a glass of water I am fine for the rest of the day. Has anyone else had this issue?

    I had a burger last night...home made of course! I put it over lettuce and topped it with organic salsa. YUM

    Good girl on the loss! I haven't had any issues like that. I have gotten weak and faint after a hot bath (I take a lot of them), and have sat down on the commode wrapped in a towel at least a few times; but I was halfway expecting that.

    Down .8. I sure wish my Week 3 had been as nice as my Week 4 has started! Two more shots!

    Congrats on your loss too!!! Only two more shots....that is awesome! You are doing a 30 program right? We have 10 more shots left. I really hope I can make my goal. You are really close too!! It has been great sharing our experiences. Hope you have a great day!

    No, I will be taking 27 total days of shots (2 days of loading included). I have to be at a seminar from next Friday night until the following Sunday (10 days), and I will be living in a hotel for that time. So I want to get 5 good days of P3 in, so that I can add a few items to my diet here at the house where it will be easier to adjust and monitor.

    I did just order a teeny little travel scale; I know there is a scale in the hotel gym, but I don't know if I want to be trotting up and down there right after I pee every morning, and I don't know how accurate it will be compared to my home scale. My little one should arrive Friday, so I can weigh on both scales for a week and track their results and see how accurate the new one is.

    That makes total sense. My hubby and I are doing a 29 day round because I have a big week/event the end of March, and I would like to be in P4 by that point. We are planning ahead! Great idea on the tiny scale. You will do great on your trip!

    VLCD18 and no loss. I believe it may be because I'm on my phantom period. What's that you ask? Well....I had a hysterectomy 8 months ago. I still have my ovaries so I still go through the hormonal experience without an actual period. TMI I know. I do think it might have something tondo with it. I also had eggs for the first time yesterday. Hope that didn't have anything to do with it because they were soooooo good!

    OMG too funny. I had a hysterectomy about 8 years ago, and retained my ovaries. They did a big hormone panel on me about 8 months ago, and my OB says that I am not in menopause yet (am 48). I know there are times that I am cranky, so I say that must be the week before my period, which would have put my phantom period last week, when I had my gain.

    I really didn't think about it, but it surely makes sense!

    I should start tracking that,and see if there really is a pattern to it.

    VLCD21 for me. I couldn't weigh this morning. I've been stuck at 148.4 for 4 days. We are out of town and we both drank last night and ate at a diner at 1 in the morning. I know.....not a good idea, but we had a blast and I don't think id change a thing. I hope I don't stall for too long. We have 6 more shots to do and 9 days of the VLCD. I want to loose 9 lb in that time to make my goal. Has anyone ever cheated like this? What was the outcome?

    I never did that, so I am no help. I am changing my plans (once again!), and yesterday is now my last LIW. 144.8 So I am officially 24 hours into VLC. I kept dithering and dithering on what to do, and I just don't want to screw up P3 for the chance to lose another pound or two.

    I guess I need to update my ticker?

    If I were you, I would eat clean clean clean for the next few days, and drink tons of water. (Some people say add vinegar to one of your glasses of water, or add squeezed lemon, but I don't know if there is any proven basis for that. But what could it hurt?) Hopefully it won't come back to haunt you.
