I love Starlight Herb >>http://www.starlightherb.com/<<. They were at a local fair and I purchased the Kitchen Sink Blend, it has a little bit of everything in it and is good on everything.

The list is very helpful - thank you. Especially for just starting. I do have a question though. This is the first time I have seen milk on a list for the diet phase right after loading, so I guess that would be phase 2. So, is milk allowed, and if so, what type?

    Thank you.

The original protocol allows 1 tbsp of non-fat milk per day. I never used it.

I'm really curious about the calorie count you posted. There is a huge difference in several of the items...i.e. a normal size cucumber is only about 25 calories.

Also, for those of you trying to figure out your calories. Concentrate on weighing your meats and following protocol about the fruit. Fill up the rest on your veggies. I have never worried about the calories in my veggies except during my very first round. I keep a container of sliced cucumbers in the fridge and munch on those if I feel hungry.

I noticed that too, Jenni. It was taken from the source of my hHCG. I just had cucumber for lunch. It was on the larger side and weighed 300 grams. When I plug that into my fitbit food list it says that's 40 calories.

I wish these lists were adjusted in grams instead of 1 medium of this and a handful of that.

I also do what you say. I figure out my protein each day and if I'm going to have any fruits and then fill in the rest with my two veggies for the day. Often I leave a few calories in case I want to munch on something in the evening. I can have a bit more of whatever veggie I had for dinner.
