Hi,
I am looking for a phase 3 friendly mayonaise that can be purchased from the store; I whipped up some homemade and I didn't like it. I did find some Kraft Real Mayo that is one tbsp per serving. Ingredients in this order: soybean oil, water, eggs, vinegar, contains less than 2% of sugar, salt, lemon juice concentrate, calcium disodium as preservative, dried garlic, dried onions, spice, natural flavor. In the nutrition facts: 0 carbs, 0 sugar. So, I don't know if this is a safe product. Can anyone help me on this one. Thanks for your help.

I hope it is, because I have used it twice in tuna salad, including today's lunch. I did not gain at all when I used it 2 days ago. So with zero carbs, it should be ok.

I was raised a Miracle whip girl, but doing Atkins and cutting the sugar made me switch. I love it now.
