    Thanks Beth! I had been hovering right around the 182 mark until this morning. I tried Miracle Noodles for the first time last night and bam....hit with a 2.6 lb gain. Do you think that may have caused the weight gain? I have been pretty slow to add anything into my diet since completing phase 2. I doubled my protein and have added a few more vegetables, then started adding in milk (in my coffee only) and a little cheese. All of this had no effect on my weight at all....

    I should NOT be having to post this, but here I am. I have been back on hcg pellets for about 3-4 weeks......had good days, but lots of bad days........most of my cheating has been with P3 foods. I have 10 lbs to lose and I TRULY want it off. Now, do I throw it all out the window, start back with P3 for several weeks, then go back to P2?.....or can I just pick back up with P2 strictly by the book and it will work for me once again? I had ordered the patches this time, and evidently they didn't work well for me.....many people have good results.......I have binges! I am back on pellets. Beginning to think I have stabilized where I had to quit last year. I had to have surgery, got off my pellets and lost another 11 lbs through surgery. I have put that back on, and I really felt so much better with those 10-11 lbs gone. Seems like since I had surgery, my belly aches when I put any of that belly fat back on, so it has got to GO! Can I continue with this round of P2 I've been playing with?

    Went to 175 I U this AM (based on my practitoioner's advice). Somewhat hungry, but time appropriate and nothing compared to last 10 days, when I felt I was literally starving my body. Hunger started after eating apple, so at least now I can track what does/does not work for me. Before I was just starving no matter what. Fingers crossed!

    anita - I checked the ingredients and they look fine.

    alcoholswab - I would not use the lower weight as your LIW, but I also wouldn't worry about corrected if under by 2.8 instead of the 2.2. it is very likely you'll have some gains in the coming days that will settle things out.

    CJJ - the powdered sugar free jello contains maltodextrin and both the powdered and the ready made contain aspartame, which should be avoided.

    MarniMay - miracle noodles just aren't worth the trouble in my opinion. It could be those or it could be lack of output, etc.

    fwm - it's totally up to you. It's likely if you stop at this point you'll regain what you've lost or struggle to keep it off in P3 because of all the cheating.

    randyellen - hope this will be your good dose. I can't eat any fruit other than strawberries by itself. If I eat an apple or orange, I end up feeling hungry.

    Need to use aloe vera (straight from leaf) on skin to avoid scarring - after a car hit me! Another option is Vit E, but that is definitely oil. I think aloe vera OK?

    Beth - Have received miracle noodles , but will not use them for a while (if at all) til I start losing again. I ordered them when I truly thought I was starving my body. I am wondering why you think they are "not worth the trouble". Thanks .
    Also - OK to use same protein (not beef) and /or vegetable in same day? I have "Pounds and Inches" , but I think this forum has spoiled me!

    Randy - Aloe vera is fine.

    I do use the same protein some and the same veggies some days. The deal with the protein in P&I is if you are eating beef for one meal. Because it is higher in fat, it's not good to have twice in a day.

    Switching to SubQ?

    Hey guys! This is my 18th day on P1 and I've been doing IM injections at around 150iu a day. I want to switch to sub-q, though, cause I keep reading all these sites about how it's bad to give yourself IM injections if you don't really know how to do it (which I don't - just through stuff I've read and watched online). Today when I gave myself the injection, my arm wouldn't stop tingling and that freaked me out (my fingers are still tingling).

    ANYWAY - if I'm gonna start subq tomorrow, what would be a good dose to start with considering I've been doing 125-150 daily until now?
