    you're taking 200 iu's, which is too high for many people. plus your mix is very concentrated, so it's a bit harder to adjust your dose- check with us before you mix the next batch. i'd skip your dose tomorrow- your hunger should go down. if it does, drop your dose the following day to .15 which will be 150 iu's. i'd also cut out the melba toast if you're eating it- it makes for too many carbs for those who are very insulin resistant.

    I need some advice. I'm on R2P2D10 and have been working evenings. My break is only 15minutes (part time) and I cannot finish my on protocol dinner. I have been finishing it when I get home at 9pm. Do you think this will cause a problem? It happens 3x week. The rest of the time, its' a normal dinner time. I am in a stall for 2 days now but didn't think this contributed to it. Just thought it was normal ...Thanks

    Im the same with 125iu, 150iu and skip day. So idk... If I dont get a repsonse by tomorrow a.m. Im gonna increase to 175iu and see how that goes... thanks for your help! I really would LOVE to get this under control asap!

    Is 16-18 glasses of water a day too much? I live in Texas and it's been SO hot. I woke to a 1 lb gain, although I've followed protocol. Could I be flushing the hcg out before it has an opportunity to work?

    What protocol do you have? I am working with the In Shape MD guide that the clinic, where I get my shots, gave me. Can you send me the diet protocol you have? I am on week 2/starting week 3 of injections and down 15 lbs. I know that's average but my goal is 50 lbs so I need all the help I can get.

    Question: Started this round on 125iu 2x/day. After 3 days, increased to 166iu 2x/day as many suggested 125iu is often too low. I was hungry at 125 and still now at 166 (it seems worse now). Its hard to pinpoint the precise cause, as some days I do exercise though I am trying to keep that to minimum. I spend all day thinking about food and waiting for my next meal. I only feel ok immediately after I eat.

    Should I adjust my dose up or down? I am eating exactly to protocol, maybe slightly extra protein on workout days but overall calories are between 500 and 550. The only things off-protocol I have is sugar free gum but that gave me no issues in my first round (this is round three.)

    Can anyone tell me how many days it takes for hcg to clear customs coming from ADC? This is the second day that it shows in customs. *sigh*

    OK, so the no loss is 3 days now...with no cheats, everything on protocol. What could it be? Still stalling....Could it really be the "split" dinner?
