    Gained 3 lbs during loading. But on a new patch this morning. Cooked my chicken for lunch, made a salad with the grapefruit vinaigrette from the gourmet cookbook in the recipes forum. Packed my lunch went to work. I'm now drinking some black tea with tea masala spice and some vanilla stevia. I AM READY!

    I also resisted some pastry goodies with cream cheese (my fav) at work this morning.

    Hi All, this is my first post here. When I went searching for which drops to get, I ended up here reading about the patch and it had such great reviews and seemed so convenient that I ordered them.

    Background: I successfully did one round with HHCG and kept the weight off, but I had more to lose so figured I'd do more rounds at some point. My weight was 167. Jump ahead several months and I was having lots of gall bladder attacks. I was trying to follow my naturopath's advice so I wouldn't lose my gall bladder, but in hindsight I think it was probably just to sick to save. I would eat hardly anything, get an attack, and vomit up my food. And get this - Talk about a set point, I went through months of that and never lost a pound! (Not what we normally think of when we think set point. LOL) Then I had an attack that was different, went to the emergency, and my very sick gall bladder was removed. Had a slight complication from that operation, and had to go to another hospital for a specialist. When all was done and I was back home and able to eat again, I gained 1 pound per day. I ate good food, gluten free (we'd been gluten free for years) and still gained a pound per day. It was terrible, horrifying really. But now on to the good news!

    I put my first patch on the morning of the 18th. I weighed 231.
    Day 2 of loading: 231.4
    VLCD1: 232 So I only gained 1 pound during loading. Amazing. At any other time eating that much food would have given me a several pound gain.
    VLCD2: 229.4 Lower than I was before loading!
    VLCD3: 227.2

    I haven't had any hunger issues, though my daughter has. I love these patches. I love the convenience of them.

    Want-to-lose, the grapefruit vinaigrette sounds yummy. I typically don't eat salad on VLCD because I haven't found a dressing that I like. I'll have to try that one.

    Hi Plethora!

    How's everyone doing with the patch? I am down 5.8# since starting on Tuesday. Wow! I will change my patch today. So far, it's been *fairly* easy. The first few days are rough anyway, and I've had some slight hunger issues, but nothing that's not manageable with a big glass of water, which we need to be drinking any way.

    I'm going to throw on the Appetite Suppressant patch tonight and see how that affects things. I also got the Sleep Patch. I haven't slept well the past couple of nights, so am curious to see how this helps.

    Just checking in...curious to see how the other Patchies are doing.

    Down 3 lbs today!!! Woot!!!!!!!

    These patches are soo good! Not hungry at all. And I have energy!!

    That is awesome, w-t-l!!!! I'm down 1.8# today. Feels SOOOOO good. I'm feeling more energized, too.

    I put on the appetite suppressant patch...will see how it does. So far so good, but I tend to drink a ton of coffee on Saturday mornings, which I think suppresses naturally anyway.

    Thanks michmich. Good for you too!!! I'm down 3.4 lbs today which puts me 4.4 lbs below my pre load weight! YES!!!

    I too have the appetite suppress patches. Haven't used one yet but well see how next week goes.

    I put the app supp patch on Saturday morning next to my HCG patch. They look exactly the same. Well, one fell off later that day and I had no idea which one it was (couldn't remember the placement - lol)! UGH. I'm sure it was the app patch, but didn't want to chance it so went ahead and replaced my HCG patch. They should make them different colors for doofs like me.

    My hunger has greatly improved and losses are still consisent. Yay!

    I can't believe how bad I have been at coming on this thread the last Round I was addicted to these forums! haha

    Anyway I will give you all an update.... I have been having morning hunger but I suffer through because my having to satisfy my evening fixation of snacking is much more hard to suffer through... But its good becuase I get 1.5 liters in before noon and then suck down another 1.5 liters the rest of the day... I actually take some HHCG drops when I have hunger and it seems to make the hunger subside its probably mental lol but n e who... looks like you are all doing well.... O yeah and my hubby stopped the diet on like Day 2 lol... O well... sux I was kinda excited to see him skinny But I couldn't listen to the complaining n e more either grrrr so I said I can't force you to do it!

    michmich we were the same wieght post load and I am stuck at 151

    hlengelsman - I always have morning hunger! No matter what. Always. Like you, I drink a ton of water, too.

    I usually eat a few strawberries in the morning, plus I take my supps in the morning and like to have a little someting in my tummy. Maybe try it?
