    Unhappy What do you do about low or no energy?

    I have no hunger,no cravings and no headaches. But I feel like crap. I just want to lay around all day and my eyes just want to close all the time. Im on VLCD6 and am OOT. I cant imagine going another two weeks like this. Im normally high energy.
    Id rather crave a food than sleep allllll day.

    suggestions?

    Load Day 2: 158.2
    P2W1: -6.8
    P2W2: -6.4
    P2W3: -2.8 (2 lbs lost after opening new drops,a 6 day stall)
    LDW: 141.0 My days are VLCDs
    12/3: 137.0
    12/20: 137.6
    1/13: 140.0
    2/7: 142.0

    i was really sleepy my first few days this round, too- although i think it being ragweed season isn't helping me. in regards to energy, katie, i answered you on another thread.

    I take sublingal b12,potas,and magn.
    Ive had allergies,but this kind of tired isnt my allergy normal.I can push through that

    ...me too...it gets better

    katiedidit : I'm a very high energy person (normally). On VLCD days 1-22 I had very low energy and then *pow* I came back to normal. Don't know what it was, but I suspect it had more to do with my sugar/carb addiction than anything.

    Weekly B-12 shots were like a magic elixir...

    Wish I had more advice, but I'm a relative newbie (R1P2VLCD36)

    i am so sleepy too but i have always been like that and i think it has much to do with my night time issues with going to sleep i have tried everything from vitamines b12 shots nothing seems to work in fact i use to take phen for it but i dont want to rely on that anymore i want natural energy just cant seem to get it and if i had things my way i would be in bed snugglin up to my pillow and blankets most of the day
    This is 1 of the best WL solutions out there it takes dedication determination & faith. Started my last & final rounds broken into 2 parts. Started hhcg pellets on 7/27/11 (157.2) - 08/04/11 along w/the switch 2 hucog injec (157.4-extra load days & upcoming TOM) as of 8/28/11 (145.6 day 25 of inject + 9 days pellets = 33 total) decided 2 break on 08/30/11 (27 days inject/35 days total pellets+injections) P3 stabilizing well so far 09/11/11 weight 145-146 LIW 145.8 - update 10/09/11@141.6 LIW/LID

    Better today but day 4-6 were a BEAR!!!!

    I haven't been eating the fruit, but I started to add an orange in around 3pm, and I'm feeling better. But I did sleep 12 hours last night. Really can't wait for this to be over.

    Tomorrow I will weigh for the first time in three days. Judging by this afternoons weight it won't be better than 151. But hey, that's 7 lbs in 7 days. best I can do with straight excercise is 5..and then I might have knee and back aches.

    if you haven't been eating fruit, your calorie level might be too low- that can actually hurt your weight loss, and your energy. glad you're better! i'm a little better today as well.

    Glad you're better too!

    I do feel a little loopy on this stuff. Half the time I feel my eyes can't hold focus and people are saying to themselves, "I bet she's on something." LOL

    Anyway, my 8 jeans are loose this morning, and that's a good thing
