My Skinny Bucket List:
Wear skinny jeans WITHOUT a muffin top!
Have A1Cs in the normal range, cholesterol levels normal as well.
Blood Pressure control without meds
Be able to get up off the floor without having to leverage myself up.
Be able to walk hills with out huffing and puffing.
Carry my camera equipment and still be well under my old, heavy weight (I have a lot of lenses, and I use every one!)
Ride horses, maybe even take lessons
Sit in an airplane seat or even a theater seat without squeezing my arms in so as not to take up too much room
Ride roller coasters that have skinny seats
Be able to run after kids without quickly wearing out
Not have to step foot in the plus size department of any store.
Be able to find shoes that fit (I have already gone down from a WW to a W) in a department store. Maybe even be able to wear boots.
Wear size 7 undies, and give up the grannie panties
A journey of a thousand miles starts with a single step.

Being able to lay down at night without my chest hurting (started with the last 20 pounds gained).
No longer feeling like I'm the "fat friend" when on a girls night out.
Looking nice in summer dresses.
Get into a size 8 jeans (my fantasy would be a size 6, but I'll be happy with an 8).
Having more room in my walk-in closet because I"ll be able to donate tons of clothing that's become way too big.

That's a big one! I tried to talk hubby into doing this as he is also on a CPAP for OSA, plus has high blood pressure...neither of which he had 30 pounds ago. But he doesn't have the self control to stick to protocol (and he freely admits it), so I'm trying to get him to at least eat less wheat/starch and sugars. <sigh>

That is too bad, OSA is so bad for the body and can contribute to obesity, hypertension, and other troubles if untreated. It is a vicious cycle...you don't get restful sleep, so you eat sugary foods for energy, you gain weight, and you sleep even worse.
I questioned my ability to stick with the protocol, but the HCG made it so much easier to stay on track. I wasn't excessively hungry (I did have cravings and some hunger, chalk it up to the type HCG I was using...homeopathic patches), so I was able to stayon track (mostly). What helped the most was seeing the fat melt away and the number of the scales continue to go down. Then I started feeling so much better eating "clean" (no processed foods, no sugar/starch) I did not want to go back to the old habits. I feel so much better eating fresh fruits and veg, simply prepared meats, and no processed foods or sugar/starch. I am actually looking forward to starting Round 2, and not for the loading days but for the VLC phase so I can release more fat.
Good luck to you and hopefully your hubs will see how easy it is with HCG and will join you in it.
