I am at day 23 of VLC and did ok but not great, I've lost 14.6 lbs so far. I would love to lose 10 more lbs but think that is possible. I was reading about phase 3 resetting your set rat at the lowest of your ending VLC weight. In reading I got the impression that you are not suppose to lose more on phase 3 and need to maintain 1500/day.
If I stay on phase 2 for another week or so I still won't make my goal but don't think I would have enough to lose to do another entire round. Is it possible to reset your set rate in phase 3?
