didi, you need to take a break. You've lost more than the allowed 34 pounds and you're way past the time as well. Your skin needs to catch up and your liver needs a break.

Now that I'm in P3, I don't have them at all. What's going on there???
I`ve been told that when we lose the larger amounts of fats in P2 that the estrogen that is stored in the fat gets released. Most women`s progesterone levels begin to drop after age 36 so if you had a bunch of estrogen stored up (say from eating soy or BC pills) and then lost the weight you might end up with an temporary estrogen dominance situation. just my best guess btw

Thanks. I am going through a doctor and I am being supervised. I am getting off in 9 days so I will be taking a break soon. I agree that my organs need the time to recoup, I also plan to do an extended P3 and P4 so i will not do my last round until november. as for skin elasticity, I am not having any issues have great skin elasticity. As for energy, hunger fatigue, no issues. No immunity issues, still losing, still feel great. I am aware of the stipulations in P&I but I am doing good. I am also looking forward to stabilizing well by God's grace.
I have made many lifestyle changes and looking forward to my new life. I don't have any desire to rush back to eating with old habits. I am very happy at what I have done with HCG.

Someone told me HCG+even small amounts of Fat/Sugar/Starches makes you gain like crazy - does anyone know if that's true?
if you're doing the protocol and then eat some fat/sugar/starch many people will gain. but if you are eating it all the time, it doesn't do that- many have added fat to the protocol and still lose. i did it and i couldn't lose, but i didn't gain, either.

HCG doesn't help my joint pain at all so it doesn't have that positive effect on everyone. As long as I avoid tons of starches and sugars my joints feel better but I'm never pain free, not even on HCG. My pain level on HCG and off is the same.
Highest weight 244lbs, start weight for HCG 165.8lbs

    HCG LDW 147.6
Round of steroids, HUGE GAIN, so another round of HCG
    Restart 10/17/2011
Restart weight 175.8 (no load gain)
    Week 1-169.0 -5.8lbs
Will post weekly weights. Not following protocol just keeping an eye on portion sizes and what I eat.

hcg obviously affects hormone levels- what that does, will vary from one person to the other.

for those who feel better on hcg, i'd have your hormone levels checked- it might help to have some kind of supplementation.

Just by eating healthier and taking hCG you most likely will lose weight.

The whole reason I know hCG works, is because I was living proof during all three of my pregnancies. Despite the fact I was pregnant and DID NOT CHANGE MY EATING HABITS- i still managed to lose 30-40lbs with each pregnancy. I did nothing different, except get pregnant. LOL

You have to do what works for you. While you should NOT ever not take hcg and do 500 calories- I find nothing wrong with doing another diet plan etc and still using hCG. It isn't going to hurt you. You aren't going to lose as much weight as you would by pairing it with the 500 cal diet, but you most likely will still lose.

I have had Fibromyalgia for 18 years now. I have been on this diet for 39 days. Sadly, the FM symptoms are still there....

"Liver needs a break"? What does that mean? I have never heard anything about the liver needing a break from the hcg. Liver processes fat and toxins...are more toxins produced on this diet, cuz we have no fats....???

You are living off your own fat on this diet, so the thinking is that your liver is processing fat still, and the stored fat has whatever toxins have built up in your body.
